Never use these company they ripped me off for $192 On May 23rd i called for a tow they said it would be 60-90mins then call back and say it will be another 35mins but then they canceled my tow and I have a busted out window cause they never came and I still haven't gotten my refund yet, worse towing company around
Please don't use these guys
They left me on hold for 3 and 1/2 hours. I got calls from India multiple times. Then the guy shows up with no Speedy on his truck saying I have to pay him more
The company took my money and never gave me a tow. Why hasn't Better Business Bureau shut these guys down yet
SCAM ALERT
This place is based outside of US and when you call and pay, it finds a real tow truck driver in dfw and then sends the cheapest and profits off you.
Outsourced 3rd party middle man tow service. I had my tow canceled 4 times and had to pick another day. Please keep your money and find a real person to person tow truck

Was calling around trying to get a tow in Arlington less than 10 miles from where my vehicle is, they was quoted 249 dollars. That plain ridiculous when every other tow company I called were quoting half that price. The lady on the phone was nice and pleasant. Crazy prices
It took forever to have somebody answer the phone they have really bad customer service and they stole $200 from me and didn't even tow my car worst experience I've ever had I would definitely not recommend this place
The WORST towing experience EVER! The worst customer service. Said they would be here between 12-4, got here 3 hours after. Don’t waste your time with them!!
Absolutely worst experience of my life in regards to towing. This company is unprofessional, lacks integrity and good customer service. I choose to donate a car that is good to a charity and they were assigned for pickup. I was told they would pick it between 3pm-8pm and to have the plates, registration sticker off as well as personal belongings taken out. I called them around 2pm to make sure they were going to be coming to pick up the car by 8pm they ensured me they would be there and they would call 30 mins before they arrives. They told me at 7:30 sorry not sure what to tell you we are super busy and we canceled your pickup. Our guy was in the area but we had to send him somewhere else. So basically they saw that they would make more money by canceling my pickup to go to another place. This company lacks integrity and I would not use them if thier only worry is helping the customers that will make them the most money. This means if you call them they will more than likely use any reason to get more money out of you. I ended up canceling my car donation and picked another charity and will make sure speedway towing is not the towing company selected. They don't even deserve the 1 star review.
Great ,TRUSTWORTHY service. Competitive pricing. If you need anything done to your car head here and see Mr. Joe. Location is behind Braums. Don't waste your time of money anywhere else.
