Bowie towing is by far the best towing service that I have every utilized. The customer service was outstanding, the communication was over and beyond and the driver is just overall a really really Good person. Although my vehicle had issues, by the time I made it home all my frustrations were gone due to 1st my faith in God, 2nd my warranty and 3rd the driver. He made the trip home feel like I was riding with my brother that came and rescued me stuck on the side of the road. I don’t usually Give reviews unless the service is outstanding and I must agree that Bowie Towing is definitely top notch.
Do not book with them they dispatched someone to help with a tire change via my insurance and their driver talked about he doesn’t have the tools and the lady who answered the phone talking about I need to call my insurance because they’re people don’t have tools very unprofessional and don’t need to be in business
