So far no issues! I have only placed my order, but have not received anything yet. The website has tons of information and prices are very fair. I like that as a Texas resident the Tax, Title, and License are taken care of through Arlington Power Sports!

when i called i was immediately hung up on. Called back to someone that couldn't tell me if they sell parts or not. Further investigating their website they do sell the parts for a 500% mark up from amazon or a 2000% mark up from the manufacturers website... really not worth the time.

DO NOT SHIP WITH THESE GUYS!!! They had a bike I wanted that wasn't available locally so I decided to go with them, not only was communication sparse and inconsistent, but they LEFT the full wooden shipping PALLET and metal cords wrapped around the trike for ME to remove! I've never heard of that before in my life.
The freight delivery man even said that he COULD have unwrapped and taken the crate with him but the supplier was too lazy/cheap to choose that extra option. When I called to complain, the owner (I'm assuming) belittled me and said that I should, and I quote, "just buy a metal wire cutter and have a neighbor carry the pallet with you to the dumpster." What?!
Extremely unprofessional. Oh and, by the way, no returns. If you want to return it YOU have to pay for shipping costs.
The whole thing has been an absolute nightmare and I now have to call my credit company to dispute any payments.
I ordered a dirt bike for my son and it took over two weeks for it to arrive, and when it did, the battery was dead so I had to disassemble part of the bike to get to the battery to charge it, and the stickers were peeling off of it and not even put on straight. I'm so disappointed.
I have a BMS stallion 600. Its been a great vehicle however the starter would not engage. I found that the starter bearing was bad. I ordered the new one from BMS Moter sports in Dec 24 it broke out of the packing. I order a replacement they sent the wrong replacement. For 6 months I couldn't even get them to answer the email or phone. I made contact with Oscar at Arlington power sports and to my surprise he was able to get the correct part and delivered to me under a month. Oscar would respond no later than the next day. He was very patient
with me in finding the wright part. Outstanding help, Service, I will be calling these people first next time I need parts or service.

I bought a 2024 Vitacci Spark 150. Turns out the speedometer cluster on a lot of the Sparks were defective. Vitacci and Apollo both, honored replacement of this part. AMS sent me the wrong one and when I let them know, they stated, they were all out of the correct part. I was and still am riding a scooter with no dash lights. It makes it difficult for night riding. Disappointed.

Great customer service I have purchased a couple ATVs and two dirt bikes from them and all have been running perfect the ATVs I purchased 6 years ago and they still run strong with no issues they are the rhino 250cc
This place sucks and dont stand behind there merchandice. The delivery was wack, the quad was ordered at xmas has never worked still sitting in my garage and have called them thousands of times and they refuse to help me. I really hope they get shut down asap. Please do not purchase from them there fraud!!!!
Prices and inventory were good, financing was easy. Waiting for unit to be delivered after assembly. I will review those aspects of service after receiving the unit

I got a kids 4 wheeler from them and it has never ran. My grand son has not been able to ride it at all it has been in the shop 3 times JUNKY do not shop there they said 1 year in parts and now it is just 30 days. cant trust no one. I should have never got it just junk not the wrong location. I called for help and got nothing from them. It was supposed to be a one year warranty and was not.
I found this dealer advertising power sport vehicles on Facebook. They had a great selection of inventory and sales prices. I was searching for a motorbike / moped that I could start using for my commute to work. I had been researching a specific model (Tao Tao Pony). When I reached out to the store about what they had in stock, Raymond quickly gave me all the information that I needed. He was upfront and honest about all the fees and paperwork involved. When I got to the store, after browsing the selection and speaking with Raymond, I left with a product better than I expected. I bought a moped (brand new vitacci) and in less than an hour, I was driving it home. I rode from Arlington about 20 miles to my apartment and did not have one problem. I’m leaving this review because I feel like my experience so far has been better than expected. All of the information is in the paperwork and plain to understand. If I have any problems, I plan to take it back to their in house mechanic. I will update my review and add pictures as my experience progresses.
Alright, I told you all I would update my review after a while. My 5 star still stands after about a month. The mechanic at Arlington Powersports taught me how to operate my moped and some light maintenance. I did my own oil change twice and I understand how to read the owners manual for other maintenance. Over the past couple weeks I put in WORK on my Vitacci Viper. 600+ miles on the odometer and pushing 50 - 60 mph. I brought it back to APS and they gave me a great deal on a tune up. Mechanic was able to finish my tune up quickly and I was back on the road. I’ve been using my bike to commute to work and deliver orders with delivery services. It’s been perfect for me. The only inconvenience I encountered was getting safety equipment. I didn’t get a chance to ask the sales team if they had safety gear for sale. I ended up getting gear from multiple different sources (Walmart, Amazon etc) but my suggestion to APS is that they have safety gear in store so people can purchase extras. Otherwise, Raymond took really good care of me, the mechanic did a great job on the bike and I definitely recommend anyone to come and get their power sport vehicles from APS! I intend to update my review one last time in a couple months when my bike reaches over 1500+ miles.

I've purchased the RPS 200cc. The quad is strong on the trails, reliable and a all-around fun entry level bike for new riders like myself. I have also purchased a Pentora 250cc Racing.

Go-Kart is of good quality. Runs very well. Easy to assemble after watching two YouTube videos. My son is loving his new toy. Tao Tao develops a great outdoor recreational vehicle.
Ordered an RPS Condor 150cc Grom Clone mini bike online. Ordering was simple with only a few questions about my shipping address, color, and paperwork option for the registration for in or out and state. The bike shipped very quickly and arrived with no issues in about a week. No damage other than a cross threaded bolt but I’m sure that was at the factory itself and not Arlington Power Sports.

Id give 0 stars if it was an option. Spend your money somewhere else, Don't recommend. I bought a go cart and it's been nothing but a problem since day 1. The frame broke after maybe 15 hours of ride time with my 45lb son driving it, customer service says I have to take it to a welding shop and pay for it. What's the point of a 3 month warranty if they won't honor it... I tried to get a refund and it will be 20% restocking fee, 6% cancelation fee and I have to pay shipping... $1700 for a piece of garbage that my kids can't enjoyand to top everything "Manny" told me to "get it welded and move on" 100% unprofessional and rude. $1700 is alot of money for something that didn't last at all
Raymond was the best!!! I came in to order a couple of ice bear trikes, expecting to wait at least a couple of weeks to get them. No sir, had them assembled and loaded up to take home in two days. The service here was well worth the 6 hour drive, I highly recommend these guys.
