Communication is horrible with this company. Website states delivery information within 5 days, 2 weeks later and multiple emails/calls finally got the item shipped. Once it arrived, a vital bolt/nut that holds suspension to frame was missing(bought a similar one at a hardware store just to buy time since it was a Christmas gift and it didn't arrive until the 22nd due to their failure to make sure it shipped). Assembled and was given as a Christmas gift on Christmas morning, got to ride it 30 min to an hour before the brakes completely failed on it with a blown seal in a brake caliper. Been trying since Dec 26th to get someone, anyone, to tell me what the heck is going on with getting my replacement parts(brake caliper and bolt/nut). I have around 20 emails and multiple phone calls to this place with ZERO result! I also have a child that is EXTREMELY upset that they can't ride their $2500 go-kart because someone there lacks the ability to ship things when they say(oh, forgot to say I was told it was going to ship Dec 31 or Jan 2 of which it has not). Frustrated does not even begin to express this experience with Arlington Powersports!
Salesman was very professional and explained the product specs. He also sent pictures of several different models so I could choose what was best for my purchase.
I’ve ordered in the past from several other sites like Motobuys and BDX but found Arlingtonpowersports to be the best hands down. Selection, great web site and Customer Service all Outstanding!

So far no issues! I have only placed my order, but have not received anything yet. The website has tons of information and prices are very fair. I like that as a Texas resident the Tax, Title, and License are taken care of through Arlington Power Sports!

when i called i was immediately hung up on. Called back to someone that couldn't tell me if they sell parts or not. Further investigating their website they do sell the parts for a 500% mark up from amazon or a 2000% mark up from the manufacturers website... really not worth the time.

DO NOT SHIP WITH THESE GUYS!!! They had a bike I wanted that wasn't available locally so I decided to go with them, not only was communication sparse and inconsistent, but they LEFT the full wooden shipping PALLET and metal cords wrapped around the trike for ME to remove! I've never heard of that before in my life.
The freight delivery man even said that he COULD have unwrapped and taken the crate with him but the supplier was too lazy/cheap to choose that extra option. When I called to complain, the owner (I'm assuming) belittled me and said that I should, and I quote, "just buy a metal wire cutter and have a neighbor carry the pallet with you to the dumpster." What?!
Extremely unprofessional. Oh and, by the way, no returns. If you want to return it YOU have to pay for shipping costs.
The whole thing has been an absolute nightmare and I now have to call my credit company to dispute any payments.
I ordered a dirt bike for my son and it took over two weeks for it to arrive, and when it did, the battery was dead so I had to disassemble part of the bike to get to the battery to charge it, and the stickers were peeling off of it and not even put on straight. I'm so disappointed.
I bought a 2024 Vitacci Spark 150. Turns out the speedometer cluster on a lot of the Sparks were defective. Vitacci and Apollo both, honored replacement of this part. AMS sent me the wrong one and when I let them know, they stated, they were all out of the correct part. I was and still am riding a scooter with no dash lights. It makes it difficult for night riding. Disappointed.

I found this dealer advertising power sport vehicles on Facebook. They had a great selection of inventory and sales prices. I was searching for a motorbike / moped that I could start using for my commute to work. I had been researching a specific model (Tao Tao Pony). When I reached out to the store about what they had in stock, Raymond quickly gave me all the information that I needed. He was upfront and honest about all the fees and paperwork involved. When I got to the store, after browsing the selection and speaking with Raymond, I left with a product better than I expected. I bought a moped (brand new vitacci) and in less than an hour, I was driving it home. I rode from Arlington about 20 miles to my apartment and did not have one problem. I’m leaving this review because I feel like my experience so far has been better than expected. All of the information is in the paperwork and plain to understand. If I have any problems, I plan to take it back to their in house mechanic. I will update my review and add pictures as my experience progresses.
Alright, I told you all I would update my review after a while. My 5 star still stands after about a month. The mechanic at Arlington Powersports taught me how to operate my moped and some light maintenance. I did my own oil change twice and I understand how to read the owners manual for other maintenance. Over the past couple weeks I put in WORK on my Vitacci Viper. 600+ miles on the odometer and pushing 50 - 60 mph. I brought it back to APS and they gave me a great deal on a tune up. Mechanic was able to finish my tune up quickly and I was back on the road. I’ve been using my bike to commute to work and deliver orders with delivery services. It’s been perfect for me. The only inconvenience I encountered was getting safety equipment. I didn’t get a chance to ask the sales team if they had safety gear for sale. I ended up getting gear from multiple different sources (Walmart, Amazon etc) but my suggestion to APS is that they have safety gear in store so people can purchase extras. Otherwise, Raymond took really good care of me, the mechanic did a great job on the bike and I definitely recommend anyone to come and get their power sport vehicles from APS! I intend to update my review one last time in a couple months when my bike reaches over 1500+ miles.

I've purchased the RPS 200cc. The quad is strong on the trails, reliable and a all-around fun entry level bike for new riders like myself. I have also purchased a Pentora 250cc Racing.

Go-Kart is of good quality. Runs very well. Easy to assemble after watching two YouTube videos. My son is loving his new toy. Tao Tao develops a great outdoor recreational vehicle.
Ordered an RPS Condor 150cc Grom Clone mini bike online. Ordering was simple with only a few questions about my shipping address, color, and paperwork option for the registration for in or out and state. The bike shipped very quickly and arrived with no issues in about a week. No damage other than a cross threaded bolt but I’m sure that was at the factory itself and not Arlington Power Sports.

Id give 0 stars if it was an option. Spend your money somewhere else, Don't recommend. I bought a go cart and it's been nothing but a problem since day 1. The frame broke after maybe 15 hours of ride time with my 45lb son driving it, customer service says I have to take it to a welding shop and pay for it. What's the point of a 3 month warranty if they won't honor it... I tried to get a refund and it will be 20% restocking fee, 6% cancelation fee and I have to pay shipping... $1700 for a piece of garbage that my kids can't enjoyand to top everything "Manny" told me to "get it welded and move on" 100% unprofessional and rude. $1700 is alot of money for something that didn't last at all
Raymond was the best!!! I came in to order a couple of ice bear trikes, expecting to wait at least a couple of weeks to get them. No sir, had them assembled and loaded up to take home in two days. The service here was well worth the 6 hour drive, I highly recommend these guys.
Top customer service. Great shipping. And the Vitacci brand is spot on craftsmanship and quality. This vitacci pentora 200 efi is absolutely amazing. We have a Polaris and a bombardier and I'll never waste that kind of money again after this purchase of a fraction of the cost and still premium quality. The sales staff is extremely professional and helped with every step from purchase to after care. Vitacci is definitely quality driven. I am 100% satisfied with this quad and the dedication from the staff. Man they really are producing great products.
