Okay now , let me tell you guys that Kyle drove ASAP all the way from Fort Worth to ALABAMA !! To get our truck !& he had the Big flat bed to put our lifted heavy duty RAM on!! we needed it back home asap since it was at a Walmart parking lot! He was QUICK. Left yesterday and now he’s back today like wow. If you are looking titan is definitely the way to go. He took pictures and reassured me that he had our truck and was on his way and everything was okay! Thank you Kyle !!
Very quick and efficient. Pricing was one of the better ones. It's sad that all the towing companies know you don't have a lot of choices price wise so$100 to go 6 miles is robbery. At least the driver was a nice guy and that's more than some companies will give you.
My car broke down on I30 leaving Dallas at 11:30pm, Sunday night. All it took was one phone call and Titan Towing came to the rescue. They arrived quicker than they had committed to and had my car loaded and on our way back to Arlington in no time. Very professional, prompt and courteous. I will recommend Titan Towing to everyone I know. Top shelf!!

Pretty good local rates and fast service. Got my AWD into the dealer on a flatbed in a split. Used em a bit later for a battery jump and was kind of surprised when it cost pretty much the same as the tow I had gotten earlier. Otherwise would have been a 5 star. $90 for a jump seems high when compared to $100 for a tow.
I needed a tow for my vehicle to the repair shop. Titan Towing gave excellent service, at a fair price ($5-10 less than 2 others I called).
I scheduled for pickup at 9:00 AM the next morning. They arrived promptly 8:54 AM, friendly driver, no problems at all, went very smoothly. Highly recommended.
Getting a car towed is not high on my list of enjoyable things to do :) , but if needed again I will be calling Titan
We needed a tow a F-350 and had trouble finding a tow truck in the area that could tow a truck that size. Klye was polite and knowledgeable when we called, David was quick and friendly when he showed up on site, and as an added bonus they were the cheapest company we found!
Great service. Kyle answered by the third ring and was incredibly quick and efficient. Kyle told me it would be +/- 45 mins and the driver David showed up in 25. I wasn’t ready when he showed up but he was ok waiting a few minutes for me to get downstairs. Super patient and sweet guy. Good price for the distance it had to go as well. Hopefully never need another tow but if I do I’ll call these guys.
*updating my review since owner called me and wanted to get to the bottom of it . Not a lot of ppl do that . So good service on that front. Just if next time driver's could have the required tools would appreciate it . I know it's safety 101 to be ready 4 a blown out but unfortunately we weren't ready and had to do hitch a ride to the closets Walmart to buy the tire bolt remover . (driver came and told us it wasn't his truck and said he didn't have the tools required in order to do the job we specifically requested . Be ready to dish out a lot more money because of this excuse . Wouldn't use this service again not recommend it . Other buisness take longer but have all tools needed for any occasion and this one didn't for a simple spare change. I believe that's his driver #4921217 if the business want to see who it was . Driver was not able to use our tools since we were missing the but remover .)
I got a flat tire on the side of the highway at 200 am. I called roadside assistance and they said it would take an hour. I called Titan Towing they were there in 20 minutes. When they arrived the tow man was really nice and made sure I knew everything that was happening. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. I highly recommend!!!!

Kyle was very nice to my daughter when she first contacted Titan and gave her a great quote. The driver was very down to earth and easy to talk to. We were getting shake-downs from two other towing companies. Titan didn't have to put much effort to beat them out. However, Titan was extraordinarily better in cost but even more so in integrity and service. Moreover, we changed our plans twice and the driver accommodated us. My husband and I broke down at a restaurant in the Northside of Fort Worth after calling various towing companies I contacted Titan Towing. David Johnson called me and said that he would be 35 minutes. All the other companies gave me an estimated time of 2 - 2 1/2 hours. So, while sitting in a dark parking lot David called and said I will be there in 10 minutes and he showed up when he said he would. David was very courteous, very professional, and just made the situation a bit better. Thank you David.
The owner was a breath if fresh air. It is so good to know there are still great people in the world. I had so many things going on at one time and kyle was very patient and very helpful. Nobody wants to get their car towed but i can say im glad it was Titan towing because I've dealt with the worst of the worst. Thanks again.GOD BLESS!!
Guy on the phone sounded upset that I called his place of employment with a request to have a vehicle towed. Perhaps he simply hasn't been having a good day, but I felt he was acting angry AT me. Conversation was not fluid at all and a bit annoying as I couldn't understand what on Earth this guy could be acting mad at me for. He may have been in a great mood and just not be used to customer service.
I was in a car accident today and I had called several other towing companies they had ridiculous prices . Titan guys were the most cost efficient, they towed my car to dallas and they gave me a ride as well. I was in shock for a bit. DJ was incredibly nice and talked with me the whole entire way to dallas (from Fort Worth) he calmed me down I have mild anxiety. Thanks god for them. They made my day. . Best $$ spent. Quality service and efficient.
Titan Tow gave me a fare price, and picked me up within 30 minutes. The driver Chance was one of the nicest guys ever. He had my car hooked up fast, and was very polite. He is a good driver as well. We went by a winding construction zone, and he did not seem nervous at all. he seems to be an experienced driver. The other tow company wanted to charge me twice as much, and said it would take them a hour to pick me up. I even got a business card to keep in my wallet if I ever need another tow! Chance from Titan towing is the absolute best at this!! He's extremely friendly and has a big heart for helping people. I have had to contact titan towing twice and Chance came to the rescue both times. Not only did he contact me to make sure I knew his eta and status but he also came very quickly , got the jobs done quickly , and had me on my way quickly !! Honest and capable. I'm never happy when I have to call them, but always happy I did. I've used them twice and have been please with both transactions. Next time my car is hosed I'm calling them again... unless for some reason my phone is also broken.
Called several companies to get towed out of the DFW Airport and Titan was by far the most reasonable and they arrived there in under 30 minutes in the rain! Kyle was friendly and extremely helpful in delivering the car exactly where we needed it. We will exclusively use Titan from now on !!
We have used Titan twice to tow my son's car. Very professional company and trustworthy. My husband has always given Leo(tower/driver) a very generous tip for his services each time he's towed the car; simply because of the quality of service that was provided.
After a harrowing night of having my truck stolen and recovered with a broken ignition tumbler I had no choice but to call for a tow. I obviously did not want to spend anymore time in a dark secluded area where the truck was abandoned (albeit with a police escort) than necessary so I was incredibly thankful to their extremely prompt service.
DJ kept in contact with me finding the place, got the truck hooked up quickly and easily, and updated me as he dropped it off at a repair facility after hours so that it could be worked on the next day.
The pricing was reasonable too.

Fantastic service. I had called 6 other tow companies trying to find a wrecker due to my insurance sanctioned tower running late. Most tow companies are not personable and are extremely hesitant to give you a realistic expectation. The individual who helped me gave me a honest time window and arrived before it, on a very cold and rainy day. Not only met but exceeded my expectations. Too often we rely on the cheapest tower, and service suffers because of it. I am very thankful for the level and care that was provided and will definitely use Titan Towing again.
Came to my rescue when I ran out of gas (ugh!) with my toddler daughter. It was a terrible situation but Kyle from Titan Towing was friendly, courteous, quick (!!!) and got my car running again so I could go about my business! Very grateful to them and will definitely use them in the future for any towing needs and highly recommend them to you!
Very poor. Could have caused an accident or killed me. Called to have a tire changed. Their tow truck driver failed to tighten ANY of the 5 lug nuts on my driver's side front tire. Lucky to have gotten to work and home and then a Goodyear shop to find out what the noise was. No response other than "sorry" from them. Will not use again and wont recommend. Telling everyone about their lack of the most basic of services.
