Lowest price and great service. I called later in the evening to get an estimate and arrival time. I called 3 other places and this was the best price by far. The same guy that answered the phone showed up with the tow truck. He was super knowledgeable and did not try to add extra fees. If you have to get a tow, he is your best option.

I called them, he came out, and said that because of where my car was located and the fact that we could not unlock it from park, he was afraid that he would might damage it if we dragged it up on his flatbed. He said he would find someone who could lift it with the old style of tow truck -- and he called back the next day with the name for me. Moreover, when I asked to pay him for his time, he said just call next time when I could help. I put him in my cell as Patrick Towing so I can find him any time.

Fantastic service!! Awesome price!!! I had Patrick as my driver, I had hit a storm drain curb corner and messed up my front right wheel, he was there at the exact time and even had to wait on me a couple minutes, didn't have ANY problems getting the car on the lift, and allowed me to ride with him to the drop off point.
Then after we got there after a smooth ride he actually looked at my car and diagnosed my issue!! He was an awesome person to talk to and an extremely helpful professional. I had a blowout this morning and came across this company. The guy was professional and extremely helpful. Not only did he help me tow my car to where I needed him to BUT he referred me to a cheap and convenient professional tire shop that he in actuality towed me to. They say God works in mysterious ways and I out of the blue chose this tow truck company and was helped beyond my demands I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this tow company to anyone if you’re in a pickle.
Very reasonable price, especially for my vehicle being locked with no keys and in the yucky, wet and cold weather. Patrick is very kind. He made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I will use Best Deal from now on.
This is a long review, but well worth the information you will gain! The easiest and most professional service I have ever used! The price was very fair, no hidden charges, VERY quick response time, the individual I dealt with was highly professional, and the transaction went exactly as he described.
HOWEVER...I thought the keys were with the vehicle to be towed, and they were NOT. The driver waited patiently (close to 50 minutes) for the keys to arrive. Even after having to wait, waste his time, and possibly decline another job; he STILL conducted his business in a professional, safe manner and did not make me feel as though I had wasted his time.
Due to my error, I was sure to compensate him for his time, which he repeatedly told me was unnecessary, but I insisted.
Regardless of your specific need for a wrecker service, I highly recommend this company. So much so, that I have added them to my phone contacts!
