The GM is an aggressive person, impatient and lazy, they told him to get down a hood from the stock and went out doing a tantrum and shaking his head. I asked him the price and he sarcastically and with an attitude told me to ask my sales person. I told him to talk to me with respect and to treat me like a customer. His ego got to him and told me that he wasn’t talking to me the way i saw. Told him to talk to me with respect again and kicked me out which i’m glad he did because i won’t spend money in a place with a GM like that.

Had good experience......Beau was really nice guy to talk to ...picked up front clip for a friend here...only issue was guy who loaded it damaged my trailer wood with forks on loader...other than that seems to be a good place to find parts ...

What an awful place! I will say that the guy who works there, Beau, is awesome. Nevertheless, his co workers absolutely stink! I went in to grab a part that Beau had sat aside for me and I spoke with the shorter gentlemen slumped in his chair with his airbuds in his ear. This guy didn’t want to help me and even went to further to be extremely disrespectful. Called out of my name, did not attempt to help me with where the part was and never moved an inch. You’ve got to love the lazy people that think they’re doing an awesome job.

They are really nice on the phone. Makes you want to not call any other junkyards. They had the part that most other junkyards didn’t but OMG they take forever to pull a simple piece I waited over an hour after I had called and told them I was coming to get that specific part. To long to wait.

I paid 1200 for a motor on a Thursday they told me it would be pulled from car and shipped to the shop where my truck is. I just called them and it's Monday and the vehicle in which the motor has to be removed from still is not even been pulled in the shop yet. So I'll be waiting a couple days for it to be done and shipped. I've left 2 messages on the managers voice mail with no response, terrible service

May be the most organized salvage yard in the area but has the worst customer service and highest prices. First of all, when I walked in everyone was just glued to their computer screens and not until I went up to someone did they actually acknowledge my presence. I asked for the part I was looking for and offered me an exorbitant price for a single side mirror, $75! I politely declined to take the offer and was immediately cut off by "Okay then bye". Please take your business somewhere else unless you want to pay an outrageous price for parts. (I went around the corner and found my side mirror for less than half of the amount they offered me.)

I went looking for a part for a 33 year old Ford Ranger, for my brother, and found several. Good prices, too. If you need a vehicle lifted, they will lift and set on safety stands for free, too. It costs $1 to get in, but it was money well spent. I’ll be back.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. This is the very first negative review I have ever written. I don't get all worked up about a poor experience but I must let people know what they are getting into here. TLDR version; I drove 2100 km (1305 miles) and they didn't have the part I was looking for that they said over the phone they had multiple ones to choose from. This was due to them being fat, LAZY, slobs too busy discussing what to eat/eating/texting/smoking to update their data bases when they sell a part. Explanation; I phoned during the week to see if they had a truck bed in for my specific model. Yes, they said, several to choose from and they are all waiting for me. It is important to this story that you remember that key statement. I informed them that I would be coming from CANADA and would be there Saturday to get one. 'Great' they said, 'it'll be here for you'. Note that it was more economical for me to drive there and get a rust free 'Texas' one than get a crappy one locally. I arrived there and they said they don't have the truck beds I am looking for at their lot, it is at a lot a few lots over. Fine, I walk over there and the Mexican fellow shows me around the lot and there are no truck beds of any decent quality here as they take the good ones off right away and send them to the lot I was at originally. So i go back and they said that they do keep the good ones there but they must have sold them and the data base wasn't updated so it looked like they were still in inventory. Note that while the employees were sitting behind the counter they were discussing what to eat for lunch, it was still several hours to mid-day (maybe they do start very early but I kinda doubt it, judging by their hours of operation). They sent me out with another Mexican fellow around the lot who says that he doesn't think he has one, and sure enough, he doesn't. The Mexican folks who work at the yards seem to be the only ones doing any actual work. So I was pretty much SOL because I took this glutonous man's word. I went to Grimes Truck & Auto Parts next door and they were much more friendly and helpful- go there instead. They had an up to date database and knew that they had the truck bed I was looking for, and I got it from there. I really lucked out. I actually got a few parts from there. The taillight I got had a small piece broken off and they happily replaced it a few hours later when I noticed it.

So...it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help and sell me parts on arrival there after driving an hour to get there and waiting a half an hour they came back and told me they didn't actually have the part that they said they had on the phone so take that with a grain of salt seems like there were genuine kind people just make sure they put their eyes on the part before you drive halfway across DFW

I called in for a part and they say they got it. Then I went up there showed them the part matched the part to the diagram. So I paid for since they would have it the next day to the shop. They delivered the wrong part brought to the mechanic. So I call up there, now they say they dont got it. Now they bought a car from the auction to get me the part and would be delivered on Friday maybe Saturday. Found another part cheaper and would have it that day. Tried to pick up the cash and now i got to wait till the next day to get my money back. So first they lied about the part now you dont want to give me my money for the part.

Called in 2 days before I came looking for a driver side door for a 2003 BMW Z4. They said they had it in good condition for $450. I came in yesterday and they honored exactly what they said. Plus they let me have the original antenna from the salvage vehicle for no extra charge. The hispanic gentleman who was with me (who spoke no English) was very kind and helped me load the door into my car. Paid for my part and I was gone. In and out within an hour. I installed the door on the same day myself and all components and mechanisms worked perfectly.
