I’m very disappointed with my experience here. Online it clearly says the hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, so I drove an hour to get here expecting plenty of time before closing. I arrived at 4:48 PM, but the doors were already locked and the sign on the building showed hours as 9 AM – 4:45 PM. If that’s the case, the listed hours online should be updated. It was a huge waste of time and gas to find out they actually close earlier than advertised
Calling was a nightmare. I called twice,got two different people got two different lines of questions and one couldn't find my vehicle while the other could. Simple questions on yard rules and procedures turned into a frustrating confusing mess. Prices are ridiculous compared to what they used to be. Was a great place but I don't recommend anymore.
Visit this spot at least 3 times a week and it was wonderful. They got new ppl and the prices went up tremendously. It’s cheaper now to just go to a spot where they pull and sell you the part. Like I just went and bought an ac compressor from Sulphur Springs for $65 and it was over $83 with a $5 core here and I would have had to pull it. That’s crazy. I sell cars so the only time I can use them is when they have their bucket or any other sale.
I will just put it very simple. This is a good place to get auto parts, but what make it an expetional great place is....THEY HAVE GOOD PEOPLE! VERY COURTEOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.
They are so hateful and lazy because my brother was holding two doors and couldn't put them down or he would've bent the end so I ran back to the door and there's a women on the other side watching him.

Small yard, under 1000 cars. Cleanest yard I've been to. Organized and has online inventory of every vehicle in yard. I come here for the bucket sales. $25 including tax for whatever fits in a 5-gallon bucket! Used to be $20....
I called the other day to see if they were taking aluminum cans and they don't do it anymore, asked when they stopped doing it was told 2 months ago. I asked why they stopped and they didn't give me a reason why, I used to be a regular I will not ever go back.
I just don't like that they don't have a price list and it seems as though the prices change from person to person on some items. Texarkana location is about the same size as the Reno location and they have a price list and their prices are half the price on some items. Like Texarkana and Reno both had a turbo that I needed. It was $35 in Texarkana with a $5 core but $65 at the Paris location. Not sure of Longview's prices since their price list would not load. I do visit and purchase a lot at the Reno location since I live in Paris. I have started visiting Texarkana location also. Just get a list you guess, that way it will end the guessing game and confusion. Thanks!!
Not only they had my parts on a saturday, but i left my cell phone on one of the vehicles i was working on. The next day which was a Sunday, john helped me find my phone.
It's not everyday a man leaves home to help his customers on his day off.

I had phoned an inquiry about a part,was told they had it. Was told I had to get the part off of the vehicle, I asked if they knew anyone to do it for me and put the part on my car. They did and he was in the shop there. They put him (Ryan) on the phone. I went there and paid him for part and labor to pull the part put it on my car since they recommended Ryan I trusted Ryan. Well Ryan took my money and has not done the job, and thats been almost to weeks since he said he would do the job. I call Pickers U Pull to let them know what Ryan had done so they would know how he does customers that they refer to him. They were rude to me on the phone and hung up on me
You need a parts price list check how locos gringos has it if you need a reference. It's pretty slick. If your site had one of those you would be a five star rate
They bought my junker car. Woohoo! Half decent price. The place is clean, organized and easy to access on Highway 82. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. There is a lot of customer traffic especially in the automotive parts. They paid out quickly and with minimal hassle.
• By-the-way, Recyclers Depot doesn't recycle cardboard. They call it "trash" and say: "It is Yours to get rid of."
