The service and the professionalism from Augustin was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing with the car. He was polite and considerate of the placement of the vehicle as well. He was understanding and very patient. He demonstrated excellence and pride in his work. Even his tow truck was clean inside and outside. It smelled very nice too. Thank you

Ivan was really quick to get there and was quick and efficient once he arrived. He had an overall good personality and even stayed back just a few minutes to make sure that we had the vehicle situated and no longer needed his services. Will be recommending him from here on out.

Fantastic service! Arrived within 30 minutes and swapped out my flat tire in less than 10. He even forced air in my flat just to double check if it was too damaged to drive on. Nicest guy and will definitely refer my friends!!

AAA indicated it would be an hour before the driver would arrive to change my flat tire. Within 5 minutes the driver called to say that he was 12 minutes away. Ivan arrived ten minutes later, spoke with me, retrieved the spare doughnut from the rear of my SUV, mounted it, added additional air, returned the flat tire to the back of my SUV, and was on his way. He was polite, efficient and professional. Couldn’t have a better experience other than not having the flat tire in the first place.

The service was very good. Mr. Jose Antonio was very professional, friendly, and communicated well all the process. Before he arrived, we were having a bad time with the truck not working and being stranded for hours (Because the dealership delayed the info to contact the service) he arrived with a good vibe, despite it was late afternoon/night, he was not in a bad mood, nor being upset about having to explain or taking care of the job. Overall was excellent service, the unit or truck they send was in good conditions, very safe and accurate for the job. Mr. Jose Antonio is definitely one of the best employees a company can have.

Ben was extraordinary in his customer service. He helped me out with tips and even checked my battery before he put it on the tow, just in case it was just a little boost that I needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't it and I still needed the tow, but he took care of my vehicle and made sure that everything was secure. I'm always hesitant to call for a tow because you just never know who you'll get, but I'm happy that I got Ben to help me with this one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My car recently broke down on the side of the road in Harlingen. Estimated wait time was an hour. Freddie Rodriguez arrived in less than 30 minutes.He was very kind and respectful. My ride hadn’t responded to me and he was kind enough to drop me off at my apartment. He sent me pictures of my vehicle and the location of where my vehicle was. I truly appreciate all the help. He did an amazing job in such a timely manner.

POV: you’ve just locked the FOB of your rental car in the car as you are running late for work. You stand in the hot parking lot, upset for being so silly and in a rush. Luckily you call Rivera’s Towing and Ben is the man on the job. He was very prompt to show up. Kind, courteous, and with a smile to help you get on your way. He was also communicative so I knew exactly when he would arrive, which was sooner than expected. I can’t recommend Rivera’s Towing enough, for safe, reliable service. If you’re lucky, you’ll also have Ben saving you from the South Texas heat.

Totally recommend this company ... I had 2 tires pop on the road due to a pot hole .. they got there in a timely matter not mention i was scared and late at night but mr Freddie Rodriguez made sure I got home ..made us wait the tow truck for safety n brought us my truck home...thank you so much for caring about ur job and others people because not all superhero wear caps !

Rivera’s Towing is the absolute BEST. Whenever I require assistance, they are there. The service is fast, courteous and highly professional. I recently required both a new battery and today, towing to a local repair shop. Jose Antonio arrived within 20 minutes and my car was at the repair shop with 35 minutes. I’m glad they are local AAA agents in the RGV because they are life savers! I HIGHZlY recommend Rivera’s! ?

I had a coolant hose burst on my F350, I had signed up with AAA back in July. This was my first time using it. My experience was awesome, I chatted with AAA, and they dispatched Freddie Rodriguez. He called me quickly with an ETA. Once he arrived, my truck would not start due to dead batteries. He quickly provided two boosters since my truck has two batteries. We were not able to start it, so he winched my truck into position and got it loaded. I followed him to my mechanic, and he quickly unloaded my truck. He was courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Riveras towing with or without AAA.

He showed up earlier then expected. He tried to help me locate the spare tire that I wasn't sure was there. He did a thorough check of the towing vehicle and mine wlonce loaded. He also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and delivered photos as well and called to ensure it was all received. Great service.

Heriberto was very nice and professional. His truck was extremely clean inside and out. They showed up within 10 to 15 minutes which my AAA was showing over an hour. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

We had absolutely excellent service with Rivera towing. My truck broke down just as I got off the causeway in Port Isabel. I was able to park it right in front of of the Light House. Via AAA, Danny at Rivera’s called within 30 minutes letting me know he was 30 min away. Hope I got his name right. He was prompt, friendly, and super professional. He arrived in a flatbed Nice Tow Truck, and handled my classic 1999 Silverado like a baby. He had great emergency lights, and basically rescued us. He drove my Daughter and I all the way to my House in McAllen. (74 miles). He was super professional, and friendly. He was a Godsend that Saturday night, July 19th, 2025. Got stranded in a tricky parking lot. I called AAA for a tow truck, George B. w/Rivera's Towing, got in contact with me soon after. He asked about the condition of the vehicle, battery status, ability to shift into neutral, and reassured his ETA. I asked George about pricing/subscription fees w/AAA and he informed me about their respective pros/cons, super helpful. Not only did he get me to my drop off, but he parked the truck on my driveway where I could easily work on replacing the pulley. Could have dragged my truck up with a dead battery, but he jump-started just enough to shift gears, preventing further damage. Very considerate, service was above and beyond, thank you!

My family and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and decided to take a trip to Corpus Christi TX from Harlingen TX it's about a 2 hr trip,on our way back our car broke down and we called roadside assistance. We 60 miles North of Harlingen in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. When Freddy from Rivera's towing.partners with AAA called us to let us know he was ont the way and it would be about 1 and hours. He actually reached us in 35 min. He was very professional and friendly gave me and our car to our home,due that the dealership was closed .on Monday morning I need the service again to take our car to the dealership.freddy Once again came the job he did on Saturday and Monday morning was far and beyond any towning service I've had in the past.thank you Freddy ???????? I had an amazing experience with this company! When my car battery died, they were dispatched by AAA and arrived within 15 minutes. Randy, the technician, was very efficient and well prepared. Not only did he check the battery, but he was able to replace it on the spot! The company vehicle was fully equipped, with everything from spare batteries to an air pressure hose Randy used to clean under the hood. The entire process took less than an hour, and I was on the road without having to lift a finger. Truly grateful for their fast, reliable service as well as to Randy for making this a stress free experience. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Rivera Towing, thanks to Freddie Rodriguez! Not only did he accept my tow request and take my vehicle to the agency, but he also went above and beyond. He waited patiently while we checked if the car could be accepted, helped me troubleshoot an error when I tried to request another tow, and even contacted his dispatcher to get it fixed. Freddie called me back to let me know everything was resolved and said he'd stay nearby just in case he was assigned again. And he was! When he returned, he even brought us water.
