8 years in the trucking business and this is the first time after many roadside breakdowns that I've come across this magnificent company. Good people, and although the work they did was worth hundreds, they gave me a price that no other towing company in Texas could give me. I recommend them 100%.

We have used Alan’s Wrecker to haul back a trailer that was broke down to our Houston Yard. They did a great job and helped us out with getting it there quickly. Mr. Alan had came in today to our business to get material and we were reminded how nice of a gentleman he is. Highly recommend them for any job, big or small!

Owen was professional and personable. He called prior to let me know how far he was out. During unexpected moments in life it's always great when others understand the inconvenience.

Diesel pusher towing car hauler with car on. Broke down I77 with engine disabled. Keefer with the heavy tow & Joe Fish with smaller tow for the car hauler were fantastic! Arrived quickly once arrangements were made. They were personable, kind & efficient. Even communicated with the service centre we were going to & the manager there waited after hours for us to get there! Highly recommend Allan’s Wrecker service of Victoria TX & especially these 2 employees.

Broke down on the way to drop off my husband at work. Allan's Wrecker made the experience better than bearable. From the sweet lady who answered the phone at 6:40 in the morning in a great mood to the driver Darius who was so quick and good at his job that my kids weren't even late to school. These are the nicest people. We really didn't need this, this morning but they made it so much better to deal with. I hope I never need them again but if ever I do they're the first people I'm going to call without hesitation.

My car broke down on my way home at Inez, Tx on the highway and I was still 4 hours away from home. Fortunately I found Allen Wrecking services nearby and they responded to my call immediately. The towing service man named Jaime was very professional and courteous. He made sure my family and I were comfortable on the way to the mechanic shop. I am very thankful for this professional service especially because my two kids were with me.

We had a flat half way to Halletsville on77. The lady we talked to at their home base was terrific. The driver was quick, efficient, and friendly. He even followed us for 10 miles back to Victoria to make sure we would make it on the spare. Great service. Highly recommend.

Great and speedy service! I had already wasted half a day waiting on a different, closer to me tow company, only to finally cancel my tow and call Allen’s. Not only was Allen’s price better than the company much closer but their service both over the phone and in person with Seth Moses was outstanding. Very professional and they know what they are doing! They will get you taken care of fast and are a very reliable, all around family owned business. They gained a customer for life today!

It was an unfortunate event that brought me to know "Allan's Wrecker Service" . But I wouldn't have changed my experience meeting such exceptional hardworking people from Janet in the front to Kyndell and Allan himself. They turned a rock and hard place type of situation to something bearable. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Decent service. Although they were bad mouthing our company management and siding with the driver without knowing the whole story. Allan's didn't seem to mind that the management paid Allan's over $1900.00. Of which the driver paid none.

Allan’s took my car to their yard after my wreck last night. I went there this morning to get my belongings out of the car. They are so friendly and professional. The office and entire facility is clean and well kept. The staff is very helpful and nice. I hope I never need wrecker service again, but if I do, I’m definitely calling Allan’s and recommending everyone I know to do the same.

I used Allan’s Wrecker Service twice this week, and on both encounters I received great customer service that is hard to come by these days. Both employees we dealt with were extremely helpful and nice. I had to call Allan’s a second time this week, and they showed up as I was able to start my truck. I was more than willing to pay the fee, but Allan was nice to not even charge me! Seth went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, and I am grateful for the service this company has provided. We have had pretty bad experiences with other tow companies in town, but will definitely be using Allan’s now in the future! Also, their price for towing wasn’t bad at all!

If we ever need to be towed again, I hope it’s by your company. You sent the A-TEAM to help us in a Fancy truck and very meticulous conscientious crew to take care of a large 43 foot diesel motorhome that was in a less than ideal location. Can’t thank you enough for your outstanding service, attention to detail and concern about not damaging our rig. 5 stars are not enough.

I am disabled and get a check once a month. Disability money doesn't go very far, so I was extremely stressed when my truck got towed. I was looking at losing my vehicle because of fees and I just got it paid off. I called and talked to Allan about it and he said when I got my check, he would work something out. Yesterday I got my check, and Allan was true to his word. He gave me a very good discount, so I could get it out. This is just to say that this was a very kind gesture, especially in the world we live in today! Thanks again Allan

Today was a stressful day but thanks to Allan it turned around. My father and I went to get one of our vehicles out the yard at 12:00pm but the towing company the insurance wanted to use did not show up and had us waiting for hours. His daughter Michelle was so sweet enough to help us out and assist us free of charge. I just want to say there are good people still out there, that are willing to help. I just want to thank the family and company for helping my father and I out today. We really appreciate it, and plan on paying forward the kindness you blessed us with. I recommend this company to any one who wants to support a honest, kind family business. Thank You so much for everything!

I used Allan's Wrecker Service after staying stranded close to Victoria Texas on our way back home to Wisconsin. Our vehicle overheated and we were not familiar with the area. Fern the driver got us into town, made sure we got a good and affordable hotel room close to McDonalds and Stripes. He explained the entire process before leaving us. The next day while we figured out how to get back home Allans Wrecker opened up during closed hours so we could unload our vehicle from there yard (weekend). They went over and beyond for us. I highly recommend them. There dispatcher was also very helpful and curteous making sure we had all we needed to get back home. Thanks guys at Allans Wrecker Service.

I just received the greatest service ever!!! These guys are fabulous. Had a flat tire on a trailer while on 59 and saw their building. Fought traffic to get off Hwy and into their yard and wow did the guys there jump to help us. Found us a tire, put it on and refused payment. A real hometown feel and definitely the friendliest service!!! Thanks for being awesome!!!

The dispatcher was kind and very responsive and gave accurate ETA and had his wrecker Leo in a flat bed to me in 20 minutes. Integrity is everything. Will definitely recommend thank you for your service. I had my kids with me and was in a bad spot impeding traffic and Leo got my vehicle out quick and safe. I needed to pick up a 1 ton dually in Rosharon, TX ASAP. Gave Allan’s a call and within minutes we were on the road to retrieve the truck. Mr. Barrera, the driver, was very respectful and a pleasure to have conversation with during the long drive. I highly recommend this company for their services.

They provided quick response in bad weather. Joseph Keefer with Allan's Wrecker was there in 15 minutes in a winter storm. He was friendly and professional, and didn't mind that I had my dog with me. New equipment and a great price.

Allans wrecker was the epitome of a good business. They were patient, fast and caring. Allan moved my Van's RV-6A experimental aircraft that I have been working on for 5 years from my shop to the airport. It was too wide for any trailer I owned, and his roll back bed wrecker did a fantastic job. Not a scratch on the aircraft. Very professional, really took good care of my dream.

Joel was dependable and affordable. This guy treated me better than some of my own family treats me. I’ll call these guys in the future if I need them. I broke down in my truck I just bought. 2014 Chevy Crew Cab 4 by 4 top of the line (ha) dully. I’m smack dab in the middle of no where. He came and rescued me. I hate it that I needed to be rescued.
