Real nice guy and straight to the point. He gave me a very good deal on my tow and got to me quickly. If I ever need a tow again I'll definitely call him first.
First the person I spoke to on the phone was very patient and kind and very reassuring, respectful and insightful Told me his driver would be 30 mins out and driver showed up in 10 I was met with a young man name Jameson who was extremely respectful and kind (his momma raised him with manners that’s for sure) Jameson took extra care of my vehicle and even showed me how to put my car in neutral without needing keys or power the price was amazing didn’t brake the bank like I was expecting All in all Preston’s towing has a great and precise team will definitely have all future business
My car broke down so I called Preston’s Towing to see about towing it to the car dealership, he was at my house within 20 minutes of the call. When discussing with him what my car had been doing, he wanted to test the battery because he thought it seemed like it could be the issue. Ended up it was the battery, so he instead towed my car to ABC, picked up the new battery, REPLACED the battery because the workers didn’t want to, then towed my car back to me!!! Truly went out of his way for me when he didn’t have to! My car is back running and so much stress has been lifted off of me. I can’t recommend him enough. Support your local small businesses!

All I can say is I’ll never use another towing service again after Preston Towing!! Was at location within 20 min of me calling. I blinked and he was already hooked up to car and off in a flash!! Fastest service ever. Cheaper than others and superior customer service. 10 stars for Preston towing!!
Best towing service! I was literally saved by Jason from a sketchy area and cannot thank him enough! He came to my rescue in the middle of the night to tow an electric car to dallas. I can't say enough nice things about this guy! He is professional, on time and friendly. The 1hr and 40 min drive flew by because of his charismatic personality. This company is all around great, with my family moving across the country we had a break down in Tyler Texas. Preston and his people were kind enough to tow to car from there to AZ at a good price. The people we talked with, Hank who picked up the car was trying to help us move out stuff from the car etc. on delivery the gentleman who dropped off the car went out of his way to help us unpack the car. I recommend them to anyone near tyler Texas and in need of a tow!
Forget any other tow company, these people are the real deal. Broke down at midnight with no idea what to do, I'm not car savvy, and the first 5 places I called all denied my tow due to either hours or not having a driver close enough. These guys cared and made sure I was taken care of, great pricing and service. You simply will not get better service than them.
I called Preston’s Towing for help towing our son’s car. He was so kind & patient on the phone even though he was busy. Told me he could be at the pickup site in 10 minutes. my vehicle was stuck in some pretty bad mud last night, Prestons towing responded to my call immediately and came out as soon as he could and was able to get my vehicle unstuck which no one else was able to do! Very professional and prices are very reasonable!
