This company is a scam and should be shut down. On October 31, 2024, my truck was towed from private property after I lost my keys in a field. When I returned to retrieve it, I discovered that Wyatt’s Towing in Mineola, TX, had been called. They initially charged $750 for a 7 mile tow, which I disputed. The fee was reduced to $375, but they made me pay cash. Then, for three days, they claimed no one was available for vehicle release. Eventually, I was forced to pay in cash, which I believe is against regulations. Texas law (Occupations Code § 2308.208) mandates vehicle release availability from 8 a.m. to midnight on weekdays. I have a recording which is legal in the state of Texas of Steve no allowing me to pay with a card but instead, cash only.
Wyatt Towing saved me. When another towing company abandoned me on the side of the road with no cell service. Heather and Steve picked me up and stayed with me to help navigate roadside assistance and getting me to a service center for my car. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Good people who care! Call them with all you towing needs.
The nicest tow truck driver showed up on Father’s Day to assist me with my flat tire. He was kind an courteous. Unexpectedly I didn’t drive away after my repair so he took the time to call to make sure everything was okay. I appreciate that! Use this company & u won’t be disappointed!
