Too bad using this particular store is not an option. Is conveniently located near my home. The staff have a hard time acknowledging a customer and very unwilling to help with anything.
the customer service was absolutely terrible! i am ashamed that this establishment is in my town. some hippie man with cowboy hat and a beard refused to serve my father. he was so upset on verge of tears! do better bullard! this is so upsetting.
Bought a chainsaw here and it didn't run. Returned the next morning and was told I'd have to wait until 4pm for their "guy" to come in and probably wouldn't get the saw back for 2 days(!). So l said I can't wait that long, I'll just return it. Go up to the register and wait in line with the brand new, never started saw and receipt. The female at the register, and I'm still confused why, gets rude, mean, and angry when I say I'm returning the saw. I even asked why she's yelling and what's wrong - she keeps flipping out and tells me she won't do it(?) and she doesn't care. I ask for the owner and she says he might be in in 2-3 hours. So I step off to the side and say I'll wait. Then the guy in the back comes up and tells her the owner said to just do the return. She still refuses and walks off! Definitely recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money.
Love having this place right down the road. Nice people and great selection. If I forgot something and I need to grab some extra supplies or a new tool, it’s nice to not have to travel all the way to Tyler.
Every time I've gone in this store I have been treated with nothing but rudeness. Terrible customer service skills, I will not be doing business with y'all. No wonder I'm not the only one I know that avoids this place and takes the extra time to go to Tyler.
Had a hydraulic hose made for my tractor. Installed and start working it on a brush pile I was waiting to burn. The end of the hose blew off where it wasn't crimped correctly. Tried to simply get a new one put on. I'm told by the guy who made it that it'll be two hours. Wow takes two mins. So thanks for throwing a loop in my day.. I knew I should have went to axion.
I went here to get a sparkplug as my mower wasn't working. I walked back to the parts counter and requested the plug I needed. The man behind the counter asked if I was having mower trouble and proceeded to give me advice on things that could be wrong with it and some stuff to try to get it started. I didn't expect it bu man am I glad he was there! The gentleman at the checkout was ok, he just rang me out and told me the total. I don't expect a lot when ringing out but a hi or something is always nice. Great service from the parts counter! Thanks NAPA
A little bit pricey but for home town convince can't beat it if your a regular the owner will stock anything you need for your jobs or household items the employees are very friendly and informative
I thought I would support a local business so I went here instead of a large chain store in Tyler. I was not impressed with customer service. I'm sure with everything going on right now that it sucks to work in retail, but customers are the reason you have a job.
Our hometown everything you need to fix something store! I was surprised and impressed by what all they had both inside and outside! This place is definitely worth stopping and checking out before going to town to shop at one of the big chain stores!
Wednesday, October 4th, I purchased a highly recommended #NAPA drill bit for drilling two holes in a steel bed frame. The bit was priced around $10.00 and was endorsed by one of their salespeople. The first hole that I drilled came out fine, although, the bit would not complete the second hole. The following day I returned to #Bullard Hardware , explained the circumstances and asked for a refund or a credit toward a replacement bit. The manager refused my request, stating that "we don't give refunds on drill bits in packages that have been opened." Following his reply, I thought to myself, how convenient, they can sell #NAPA sub-standard drill bits or anything else and hide behind their nonsense return policy. Being that, you have to open the package to find out if the merchandise is faulty or not. What else was I to think.
