I hit a pig on my morning commute to Snyder and it knocked my steering out of alignment. I took my vehicle to The Auto Clinic based on a recommendation from a friend. They were amazing! My car was on the lift within 15 minutes for a visual inspection and all the work was completed within 2 hours. I am especially appreciative of how quickly they got to it to accommodate my schedule.
I would easily and highly recommend The Auto Clinic. I will not hesitate to seek service from them again in the future if needed.
They were able to get my vehicle into the shop in a reasonable amount of time and quickly diagnose and fix the issue I was having. Excellent service and communications at a truly reasonable price. Will definitely be bringing my four wheeled vehicles here first in the future.
Father's day weekend my family and I were traveling through Snyder, Texas. We needed a saving grace to continue on our trip. The hospitality and service provided by this business/ family was beyond 5 star in my opinion. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Wonderful family owned place. My daughter was driving from Lubbock to San Antonio (college student) and heard a noise coming from her car - enough to make her stop and Snyder and see if she could see what sounded like metal flapping from under her car. I googled this place and told her to drive there and see if they could help. Not 30 minutes and $25 later she was driving out with a repair metal plate that had come loose. I called from Houston to thank them for helping my daughter - come to find out, this is what they see a lot of on Friday's and make their schedule clear to help those in need. So honest and friendly. They made made daughter feel safe and taken care of as well as her mother! Thank you!!

The customer service is above and beyond. Every single person was so sweet. They did everything to help me in their power. The shop is beautifully decorated, price isn’t bad. Quality work and car advice, I got stuck and they helped me out. Truly magnificent people and work.

On our way home from Colorado we broke down outside of Snyder. After being towed to The Auto Clinic, we had the pleasure of working with Robbie. He is very knowledgeable, a great mechanic and he went overboard helping repair our car to get us back on the road. I wish I had a local auto shop as good as The Auto Clinic.

I was stranded in Snyder over the weekend on my way home from Amarillo, had a wheel bearing blow out on me. I had the part and spent all day Sunday trying to press the bearing in the parking lot of a hotel.
Gave up. Soon as The Auto Clinic opened Monday morning a fellow named Robbie was kind enough to use their press and push it the rest of the way in. Asked what was owed and they just said "make it home safe"
Next time I break down on the road, I hope I am near Snyder and The Auto Clinic
This place is still about helping people! Great staff through out the whole building, everyone was friendly and willing to help! I was headed home on an 8hr journey just to turn around to drive back 2 days later it was a Friday morning and my carrier bearing went out on my 2004 3500 duramax, and these guys here were more then willing to get me back on the road home to my family. 2hrs they had me back on the road. Also they did not take advantage of my situation, no rush cost, no extra charges. Auto Clinic my family and I can't think you enough!!
Wow! The Auto Clinic is absolutely amazing! Was traveling from Lubbock to DFW and my oil light came on indicating I needed to stop immediately. Found the Auto Clinic on google. What a pleasant surprise they got me in on a Friday afternoon and got me back on the road! Super friendly people and even let my dog in the super cool waiting area! Makes me want to take my car there for everything!

I broke down in Snyder, Texas, on a trip of new beginnings I broke down. Robbie went out of his way to talk daily to help and guide me as I fervently worked on my car. And when there were jobs I couldn't do, we worked together to resolve the issue.
And Sarah was a beaming light and gracefully talked with me with an understanding voice as we discussed our options.
So guys, if you need anything on your car. Take it here. From a family-friendly environment to experience that blows the other guys out of the water. Because this is a good Christian based Family owned American business, which is the staple of the American dream, and we need more of them.

If you’re traveling through- I highly recommend, as well as many other reviews. They took the time to figure out exactly what was causing my issues, were clear, honest, friendly people. I’d say as a traveler they care about sending you away safely just as if they were the one to be driving however far you’re going.
Would not take my car anywhere else. Robbie and Sarah are honest, caring people that you can trust to do the work right and price it fair. Highly recommend!
I got help at this location July 2016 and I still think about it anytime I pass Snyder. I was pregnant driving several hours on bad tires, to get a new vehicle. My tire blew out on the side of the highway. I tried changing it but the tire was so shredded it was cutting my hands. A truck pulled over and finished changing my tire. The metal was already showing on my other tire and I had 3 more hours to go. I stopped in Snyder but it was already 5:30 and everything was closed. I came by the Auto Clinic, which was closed, but helping someone else who broke down. They did not have my tire. They called around to some friends in the business and had a tire brought to their shop. The family was there until 7:30pm making sure I could get home safely. I was so stressed and barely holding back tears. The wife was so kind and even the son helped his dad get the tire on. They did not charge me an after hours fee. I will never forget the kindness they showed me.
I’m just passing through on a long road trip, and my van started making a horrible sound. I stopped by, and they saw me right away even though they were pretty busy. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I wish they were in my hometown, because they would have a customer for life.
These people are awesome! Read my previous post on that! These guys replaced my engine. It has been a year. My daughter took the car to Nebraska, as soon as she got home, I took the car to Houston. My car has performed FLAWLESSLY! Instead of buying a new car, I'm still driving my 2013 RAV and it will probably go for another 300k miles! THANK YOU for your great service and honest work. If I ever need an engine replacement again, I will haul it to the Auto Clinic from Pueblo West, Colorado!
Incredible quality and friendly service in a pinch! We hit a road hazard on US 84 and limped into Snyder, where we got help from The Auto Clinic. They got us back on the road in no time!
We blew our car's engine right before Snyder, Texas and ended up taking it to the Auto Clinic! There were no Ubers available, all rental cars were gone, no U-Hall, in other words, we were stuck! The gentleman at the shop called a friend and took us to Lubbock...86 miles away! I am blown away by their hospitality and friendliness! #THANKYOU #GRATEFUL #AWESOME
My SUV broke down and couldn't be fixed. Robbie and Sarah were very professional and I was treated like family. Sarah very graciously drove me to get food and to my hotel. They couldn't have been nicer!
The Auto Clinic is run by a husband/wife team. They have an excellent reputation for honest consistent and detailed work. They stay up-to-date on all the new systems. Worth every penny.
I could not be more pleased with the expert and thoughtful care that Robbie and his staff extended to me. They took care off a range of things and I was blown away by the upholstery repair! So well done. Will be using this shop for all my vehicles from now on. Highly recommend.
My daughters car broke down just South of Snyder about an hour and a half short of her destination and I live in Dallas. I called MKM Wrecker Service and Gwelda was so nice and helpful. They got my daughters car towed quickly to the mechanic and were so nice to her.
Bought 2 new tires & called around & found that the Auto Clinic had the better price. Made a appointment, went in & had them put on my truck. Really nice environment & very friendly staff. I'll use them again. I've recommended them to everyone I talk to.
