Had to get my truck and trailer towed from Snyder TX back to Lubbock . They responded quick after my boss called them. My wrecker driver Dylan was very polite and knowledgeable and a dam good driver .
Our car quit working on Highway 84 outside of Snyder & we were fortunate to call Lubbock Wrecker Service. They picked us up in less than an hour and took our car to a local car dealer, then took us to a hotel. They did all of this after 5 on a Thursday afternoon. Aaron (driver) couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. If you’re stuck - call these guys!

Excellent towing service once the driver arrives, but expect an EXTREMELY RUDE phone operator. This lady only responded to my questions with a cutting “Yes or No” then she’d hang up and and act like she had never spoken to you before, I would have to explain everything all over again. I felt like I was talking to a mean robot not a person. I did not get her name due to the stressful situation we were in, recovering a stolen trailer, my call was made late morning into early afternoon on 5/11/20. Still I thanked her after confirming the tow truck was sent out to the location and all I heard was a complete silence and a phone hang up. Cero manners/courtesy in regards to a client. Expect police officers presence to be required which has to be arranged by the customer before calling the wrecker service which in turn makes it at least 1 hour before police arrives and another 45 minutes for the tow truck. Not too bad if you’re lucky the police isn’t too busy. The rate was reasonable, and the driver on time, professional and polite. Somewhat worth putting up with that woman’s attitude. Thank you Nat!
