Never a problem here. Myra is very helpful and knowledgeable. Takes time to explain what to look for. if you have issues with your vehicle ask for advise before you start on your project

Great service, but O'Reilly doesn't install car batteries anymore, but they still installed mine anyway, but they said they are not allowed to do that service anymore because they don't have time to install anymore. Thats the whole reason I buy my car/truck batteries there because of the installation...guess I have to go to Nappa or Autozone now...☹️☹️☹️

These folks try very hard to find/ get your part. Just wish they could get my lifters.

Gotten much more expensive sense I went in last time. The oil filter usually by at walmart was 6 dollars more there. The people were nice today tho.

Needed some Halogen Lights and was unsure about which brand to get. Received some outstanding info I did not know from a technician there named Zach who mind you took the time to come outside and look at my vehicle.Thank you very much for your help! - Eddie

Seems like it’s a highschool in there the female employees just laugh in the corner of store not paying attention to the customers and noticed one with glasses and curly hair being extra touchy to one of male employees. Super inappropriate and unprofessional environment this just seemed like a hangout place not place of business …

Very poor customer service I was waiting to pay for an item and they rather wait on customers that were just arriving doesn’t make sense very unprofessional I won’t be back

Decent spot. The older lady in her 40s/50s is the one to go to. She’s a true parts pro. The other ones not so much.

This location was helpful and got me what I needed, made recommendations, and though they didn’t have the battery I needed, they found a store that did and let me purchase with the other things I got and called ahead to other location so they knew I was picking up

Visited this location to test my car battery as it had died on me twice back to back days. Brian was very helpful and even replaced the battery for me. Thanks for providing excellent customer service.

Customer service was good but the employees are not very knowledgeable.

The store manager Johnathan and his staff were all very courteous in helping me with replacing my car battery. I would recommend this store for your minor car needs.

this place is a rip off! Went to check my battery the worker guy at the front was helping me he did a battery check & he said it was bad then I asked to see he did something to the machine & then showed it to me it said "bad battery." I went to my original store I go to Auto Zone in Aransas Pass they did the same battery test they showed me the results it said good battery still have the same battery from 8 months ago that O'Reillys said my battery was bad. I wouldn't trust this store. they cheat people out of money.

I'm a disabled veteran. Got cought in a rain storm stopped in for some wiper blades. I was having a hard time putting them on. A young female came outside and helped me without being asked to. Great people.

Never have what you need, always say we have to order it then do not call to let you know your part is in, and send it back. I save myself the frustration and go to Auto Zone 20 miles away.
