Owner is terrible his attitude, his service, we called at the number on the business card he gave my father and stated that he is not allowed to provide a quote and to call the number. Today we picked it up and he is charging us 2 days because it stayed overnight. We had called the number on business card and stated that offices were closed and payment needed to be done in person and from 8 to 5 pm. Pwner stated well if you would of come here to us and sat outside the business for an hour we could of come and give you your vehicle. This is a plain scam from this towing companies. As soon as I claim that he got agressive and started to raise his voice and stated he would raise his rate from $400 to $500. If he is the owner can't imagine his business partners acepting any othe business to partneship with nasty people. Just saw that this survey is only seen by business so what does this make a fair survey.
My car was put here after it had been stolen, 3 hours from me. Place wanted to charge me well over $600 to get it out of Impound once i figured out where it was just a few days later. Over $600 for 4 days is kind of outrageous for taking up a little itty bitty space.
I had to call for a fellow worker who's car broke down. The lady on the line was very helpful even though the worker I was trying to help wasn't. (He was using Apple Maps. Haha.)
