Not happy so far. Tried calling their phone number that shows on the web page and all over their site. But when I call it, it just keeps asking for my phone number and pin number. After giving my phone number if don't have pin it says to hit # to leave a message. When you hit # it says incorrect information. How can you stay in business if your phone system doesn't work.
I've been here a few times to scrap AC units. Today was probably my 5th visit. On one of my last trips I brought in 5 outdoor units that I tore apart and scrapped. They paid about $280. Today I brought in 4 outdoor units, 4 indoor units, and 2 extra full aluminum coils. Somehow that was only worth $220. They said I only had 17 pounds of copper when I had closer to 30. I told the girl in the office that it was low compared to previous trips and she just said "Oh.". I'll be finding a different place to take my metal to from now on.
If you're looking for a rolloff dumpster go with Rockport RollOffs. I called Dawson's 3 times and every time was told the sales guy would call me back. I never heard back so I gave up, Rockport RollOffs answered the first time I called and had me setup the next day.
