It’s a place where you can find parts, but in reality, they are used parts—and they aren't exactly cheap. Almost never. The price is usually close to what a brand-new part would cost you.
Terrible! Just terrible! Mr Johnny who said he was the owner had me very impressed at first! Told me he had tracks for my cat excavator. Seem very proud that he was going to help me out and find what I was looking for he said we have thousands of machines I will get you your tracks no matter what. Told me on a Wednesday he would have them on a truck by . I called back on Thursday to confirm payment he said we have a bunch of the tracks that you need I'm just not happy with the percent left that's on the undercarriage let me go back and look and see if I can find one better. I told him I just need to get my machine moving I don't care if it's less than 80% just prorate it. Then he acted like I was inconveniencing him said he was very busy. he would call me back to confirm payment never heard from him so I called back the next week he said. Last time I called he said no I don't have your tracks but I can get you some new rails let me get a quote for you and I'll call you back.... four weeks later still haven't heard. I appreciate it Frontier tractor thought I had found a home run.
Here we go again need more parts for my older 444 loader. I needed a small hyd cylinder for steering couldn't find one. called Johnny ...couldn't find in computor so we went out in the yard to look . Found one. In no time at all he had it out and cleaned up and ready to go. $100 part. But treated with Million dollar service

We purchased a rebuilt axle for a loader in July of 2021. We returned the core but were still billed $2500 for it. I have called and emailed at least a dozen times pleading for my credit but to this day, 5/17/2023 , I have yet to get an answer. Beard Equipment Company in Pensacola Florida. Ask Veronica. She was supposed to issue us the credit.
They don't put the prices right, first they give you one price and then they give you another and they hide charges or they want to sell you pieces separately, I don't recommend it at all apart from the fact that they are very slow to remove the pieces.
I am very pleased with the service. These people know their equipment and if they tell you a part will fit your machine you can take it to the bank. Bought two track tensioner that came off a Komatsu and they fit my TD7G LGP DRESSER. JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS TO JOHNNY AND HIS PEOPLE.
