We could not be more happy with Mike! Our car broke down 120 outside of Dallas. Mike came to the rescue! He is kind, helpful and a wealth of knowledge about vehicles. If you need a tow, don’t call anyone else. Mike is your guy!
If have AAA roadside assistance coverage; called them recently when my car overheated, and I needed a tow home (21 miles). Mike's was the service called upon by triple-A. I was given an ETA of 80 minutes. After 2 hours with no contact, I called to check status with AAA again. I was told Mike's was "refusing to cooperate" and would not be responding. They contacted another service, who called me immediately and showed up in 45 minutes. I blame AAA for not contacting the 2nd service first, and Mike's for refusing to respond, or even contact me to let me know they would not be coming.
My F250 wouldn't start after getting new tires put on in Franklin. Called Mike to haul it to Ford in Marlin. They tried to fleece me so I called Mike to haul it to Belto for repairs. Mike got on it in a timely manner and I will give him more business as events arise.
Best service car had ran hot onside the road storming and all he came right after i was told to call and took it to the mechanic shop reasonable price also
Very nice man ,he had my truck because it was broke down and eventually towed by him off the road . It was another 2 weeks before I could get it and he towed it to my house about 30 miles plus stored it for two weeks and only charged me 200 bucks. Anything I've ever mumbled about tow truck drivers I take back. This is a great place if your ever doing business with Mike's your in good hands. I highly recommend this place for any service you might be needing .
My vehicle broke down nearby which was over a hundred miles from home. I needed my car completed the same day as I was on a day trip. After being brought the wrong part, then the correct one, another issue was discovered. The part would not be available until the following day which was a no go for me. I asked Kenny to recreate the original part using the pieces we could salvage. He got someone to engineer the part for me and almost two months later it is still going strong. I had my usual mechanic look at it and he said it will definitely hold for a while and isn't leaking or anything. I'm glad Mike's Shop was able to accommodate us and my urgent need to get my vehicle back on the road. God bless them.
