Amazing job on my 379 interior couldn’t ask for anything better, the turn around time was quick, and the crew at Truck’’ awesome are always one call away
Ordered a full interior for my kenworth for just under $10,000 about 5 years ago now. Made payment in full and no response back. Tried calling multiple times, they claimed there's a new owner and they would get to the bottom of it. Have called multiple times in the last year and still no answers. I would like my money back or my interior. Do not pay in advance unless you want to be in my position..
After reading so many positive reviews, I felt confident that I had chosen the right place to install the top bunk in my truck—but unfortunately, I was very wrong! I ended up being charged nearly double the quoted price, and the end result was shabby. My husband and I had to go to a salvage yard ourselves to purchase missing parts just to fully complete the bunk installation. To make matters worse, one of my cabinets was mysteriously broken when I got my truck back, and there was dog hair all over the front seat. I chose not to discuss these issues further because when I initially questioned the cost of parts, the owner became defensive. Despite being the truck’s owner, the owner of the business, and the person footing the bill, my concerns were dismissed and completely disregarded. In this case, communication was clearly not a path to resolution.
They told me 60-90 days on my order. It’s been almost 5 months and can’t get a call back from them. Not very happy! Paid for the interior in full when I ordered it.
I’ve gotten 3 kits from the Barrentines (359 factory style) and each one of them was better than advertised, they all fit like a glove, two of them were shipped safe n sound and the third one was installed by them at their shop with insane quality and attention to detail. I feel lucky to know these people and have their interiors in my truck! A+++! Excellent company, product and crew
I recently purchased a demo kit for my 379 day cab that they had available. After I tried a couple times to have it picked up in Texas by some buddies passing through the area on their way back to PA, Hollie then offered to haul it up to the Iowa 80 truck show in Walcott for me where another friend, that was near by, met her and brought it the rest of the way to PA for me. Hollie, went above and beyond to get my kit safely delivered to me and I cannot wait to get it installed later this year!
Amazing people! You will not get the costomer service anywhere else that you will from here!! Genuine real people that care about the customer.. not some huge company where your just a number... i LOVE my custom interior! Fit like a glove and looks amazing!!!!
We love the interior y'all stitched up for us. Your crew was easy to deal with, communication was great and fit and finish was perfect! I installed it myself, not difficult at all and it came with all the hardware needed. It was the finishing touch we needed for our custom built Peterbilt motorhome. These guys drove from Texas to my shop in Mississippi to install a complete interior on day c ab 359 and it was amazing how good it looked and fit! I recommend these guys to anyone !!
I haven't been there yet but Google wants a review. So far, based on three different conversations, I'm impressed and looking forward to giving them my business. The owner and I are both Vets, he seems knowledgeable, and so far his customer service is great. So again, I look forward to giving him some money
