Went in at 658 and the guy told me to don’t look long and to hurry up that he was closing in 2 minutes. I told him google said 8 . He then told me he don’t care about google that he was gonna lock the doors regardless. Guy didn’t have to be so rude , if you hate your job go work somewhere else, don’t be rude

Needed a new battery . The previous battery I had bought there five years ago, so I knew that was the problem, but they tried to tell me that it could be my alternator or my starter. It was obvious they did not want to change my battery for me. Heck they didn’t even wanna carry it outside for me. I had to do that as well and then get a total stranger to change it for me out in the parking lot. Done with them.

Needed parts for my Chevy Silverado they had everything I needed to get the job done great lady working there she was very helpful 👍 love O'Reilly Auto Parts you always got my back when I need you thanks 😊

The employees were helpful and it's usually stocked. On a side note: I really wish O'Reilly would change their theme song/jingle. It's super annoying.

As usual OReillys came thru. Needed a part and as I was out of town, they ordered exactly what I needed and it was there the next morning. Behind the counter service was good as usual.

Wonderful service by Greg. Helped me with a battery for my car and even changed it out for me and got me back on the road safely. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Wish there was a zero start button. Don't waste your time. They never help you. Go to Emory Auto by the bbq place so much better and workers are way more friendly and they will actually help you.

Y far the worst place to go. 3 times in this place and some dude that works at the store fancies himself a know it all mechanic. He refuses to look up the part on the computer. He told me my cv joint was a ball joint. And the pin on the cv joint was a greese cert. Better service and less arguments down the road at the local parts store.

Long wait on hold to check availability on part, but I was helped immediately when I went to store to pick up the item. They usually have knowledgeable staff eager to help, & offer computer "engine light on" checks. Some tools can be loaned for a small deposit. Store is clean, well stocked & prices are competitive.

Bought new blades for my Silverado they installed them for me couldn't be happier great place to get your parts 😉

Had my power steering bolt shear, they got me the part and coordinated with shops to find me help, let me use their phone as mine had no service, 10 out of 10.

I was on the road and having an issue with my car, and scared to death because of it. An employee saw me pull in and pop my hood and came rushing out to help this damsel in distress. Explained what was going on and showed me what I needed, rang me up, added the product for me, and I was back on the road!! Very grateful!!

If I could give more stars I would. Fantastic customer service. Above and beyond. As a female I always feel out of place in a auto parts store but the employees were very attentive. Outstanding!

Tammy and her crew are great. They are polite helpful and courteous. Tammy goes the extra mile for her customers. If she don't have it she will find it.

The folks at this particular location are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They will take the time to diagnose engine problems and offer helpful solutions even if they don't sell you anything. It's worth your time to pass up their competitors and even some other O'Reilly locations to go to this one.

Guys behind the counter are always knowledgeable and eager to help or point you in the right direction. Even when it mean you take your business elsewhere. Honesty is refreshing. Will definitely make this a 1st stop for any auto needs I have in the near future.

I had my battery life tested there, they were unable to change battery due to it raining that day so I had to wait to get a new one. It wasn't until later on I noticed the saleman at OREILLYS didn't bother to replace any of the battery caps after testing the battery. Battery acid spewed everywhere, because the salesman didn't bother to put caps back on before closing the hood.

Tried 5 times to get plug wires and 5 times even with my truck there so they could compare plus I provided the part number and still I get the wrong parts so I tried J&R auto they got my part on first try without looking at my truck and was very professional I personally would rather my money stay in our town than end up lining someone's pockets who only cares about profit God bless J&R
