Thank you Daniel at Auto Zone. Camping here in presidio Texas. When my battery died. They came out and jumped me. Dove to Auto zone and Daniel replaced the battery in like 10 minutes. Thanks great place.
The absolute worst service over the phone, was left unattended for 20 min then called back and not even an apology just what do you want... bring another part store to town these guys are the worst customer service...
While visiting Big Bend Ranch State Park, we snapped a lower ball joint. Over several days, the entire staff at this place was extremely helpful & courteous. A huge shout out to everyone at this store!
Good morning. I just would like to share my unlucky experience here in Presidio Autozone.
I made an order for my Parts at November 15,2022 at about 1:40 or 50 pm. And the guy told me my order to be arrived at 16 November afternoon, and when I called thru phone to ask if my parts arrived. And the guy answered I didn't made any orders.
I would not be sharing this one instead but it's many times happening to me of same issues.
We hit this store several times in one day during our visit on Friday. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Clean store, stocked pretty good but lacked a few things we needed that showed stocked on the website.
Stopped in, hoping to get some emergency parts for my Silverado and was relieved that they had what I needed. Victor was especially helpful, pleasant, courteous & professional, and represented AutoZone very well, thank you!
The competitor worked harder to get what I needed, but ultimately I had to order online... Which can be a trying experience with the local post office that returns packages.
Mr. Manriquez is a top notch mechanic; a great reference when in doubt of the problem with your vehicle. The rest of the managers are also very experienced mechanics.
Staff is helpful especially Luis Manriquez. I ordered an alternator that came in with a broken terminal protector and he took the time to replace it for me. If you need auto parts this is the place to go in presidio.
A great auto parts store here in Presidio. You can get anything Autozone sells here (you just may to order certain parts, but delivery time is fast). Nice people that work there. I have saved tons of money between DIY repair videos on Youtube and installing my own parts from Autozone.
