Recently, I made a bad turn in my semi and ended up in some mud. They came out right away and pulled me out. They’re fast and friendly. And cost was very reasonable. I will recommend to everyone I can.
I called this morning to have a car picked up from a local dealership, and they were super friendly from the start. Callie was very professional and told me she would be on her way. She arrived in about 30 minutes, and then had the car loaded up quickly. They then met me at the shop I was having it dropped off at, without any issues. Callie was very appreciative and thanked me for being a valued customer! The service was $70, not sure how it stacks compared to other companies, but I thought it was a fair price!! I definitely recommend them for any towing!

I had to have family members get my vehicle towed to their home for mechanical work. The wait was a bit over an hour, but they were up front about it and got to me as quickly as they could. They also took my payment over the phone so my family wouldn't have to deal with it, which was super convenient since I was 2 hours from them. My family then raved to me about how great Colby was in transporting my vehicle. Typically, tow companies make me nervous because they are not careful with your vehicle, but this was far from the truth today. I had parked my truck by the Chilliwack Health Unit to go visit my mother in law in hospital after a procedure. I left the hospital and got to my truck to leave and my column shifter went limp, I was forced to leave it over night to figure out later. When I called and talked to the individual on the phone to request a tow truck he was very professional and friendly. The truck arrived and after I explained what happened he fixed my issue temporarily so I could get my truck home. Great service, Mark was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Won't use anyone else if I can help it. They got a customer for life.

This was the best towing experience I have every had. My tow truck driver made it to my car on the highway quickly and efficiently, she was incredibly pleasant to talk to on our way to the auto shop, and she was extremely professional.
