I went to O'Reillys to get three new windshield wipers for my Equinox. One of the employees broke my rear wiper arm while trying to the new blade on. The staff was very apologetic and ordered a new arm. When I came back, they had ordered the wrong arm. Aaron Weise promised to make it right and did. He not only ordered the correct arm, he met me at the store to put it on when it came in... and did that while he was on vacation, no less. THAT's customer service! Thank you, Aaron.
I needed a new battery, and went to O'Reilly. I was told my battery needed a scan to reset it once it was replaced. O'Reilly had the battery, and Aaron was able to do that for me on my lunch. Saving me the time I'd spend taking it to a shop to do it. I truly appreciate him, and this store. Thank you very much!
My car battery died last week so I got it cranked and made it to O'Reillys. The young lady at the counter said they had a battery in stock and they would change it out for me. After some pretty rough challenges with my battery, Aaron Weese came out and realized that the level for my car battery exchange was labeled as difficult. He told the young lady they were actually supposed to politely decline changing my battery. I felt really bad because there is no shade and they had been out there for a while. I told him I could get someone else to exchange my battery and he reassured me they would finish changing it and no need to go elsewhere, even though they were not supposed to. Those two were very kind and went outside their job description to help. I will always appreciate their kindness, however I know in the future there is a lot more to changing my battery lol.
I’ve always had good experiences at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, but what really sets this location apart is the manager, Arron. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it’s finding the right part or offering clear advice, Arron takes the time to ensure every customer feels supported and informed.
The rest of the staff are courteous and efficient, adding to a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The store itself is always clean and well-organized, which makes finding what you need a breeze. And the prices? Fair and competitive, which is a huge plus.
Highly recommend stopping by if you want expert service and a well-maintained store. Arron and his team do a fantastic job.

Stephen recommends things alllll the time when I go in. He has sent me home with the best product ever. This bug removal spray was easy to use and it worked on the glass the headlights and the white paint of the van. No more bug guts! It’s literally spray, wait one minute, and wipe. I go to this location to get my parts. Always.
Wow! I just wanna say that O’Reillys is amazing. Especially Orion, He is an amazing person and is willing to go far and above for his customers. he takes his time and explains everything to you so you’re not confused or made to feel dumb. He showed me exactly what to do. Then he fixed it for me. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me today. Their prices are fair and they’re willing to work with you, they are good honest people. The assistant manager was amazing as well. He even came out to my car to take a look at the situation. I’m sorry I did not get his name, but he gets a shout out as well. Orion, thank you again so much and I pray Jesus blesses you tremendously. It’s good to know there are still good kind people out there willing to help others. I wish I could give this 1000 stars I would.

One of the employees named Rose. I don’t know if it wasn’t her day. But she needs to find another job. Very poor customer service. Even the gentleman in front of me said the same thing. When you have a live customer in front of you with money in hand. They take priority over phone. I will never her wait on me again.
Very expensive
One tire, a regular car tire is over $100. Too steep for me...I go down the road to discount tire that is cheaper, and gives you hazard warranty.
This is a hit and miss, you have a few knowledgeable help but most of them have no clue but what they are told or read. ( Keep in mind this review was from over the summer of 2022.)
Since then the new help that has been hired and some of the older parts counter people make this store a pleasure to do business in. The store manager Steven has a great team these days.... Very Knowledgeable and willing to work with you and if they can't get the part your looking at making suggestion of areas you can look to find it.
Waited on me quickly, came out and checked my check engine light, gave me a print out of what it could be and explained everything. Very helpful and wonderful service!

Always excellent knowledgeable service, offering ”tricks of the trade" tips for DIYers. Carrying on the traditional Hi/Lo experience, high quality parts for low prices. Ha, that sounds like a commercial..lol
Looking for standard trailer bearings they told me to come on. After driving 20 miles to find out they know absolutely nothing about bearings. Went to auto zone in 1 minute they took standard size bearings off the shelf. manager there is a very stupid individual. If he tells you he has something don't believe it Talk to the girl there she knows what she is doing.

Outstanding experience! I dealt with 2 different gentlemen in here. (RICHARD -sales manager, i believe) and another fella -tire specialist, i didnt catch his name, but both fellas we really great help. They had the parts I needed in stock. The most important thing, is they were open on NEW YEARS DAY!🥳🥳 THANK YOU for helping me out. Now hopefully we can get it repaired and back on the road, so we can finally get home.
