They don’t know how to respect your property when they tow it had my Lexus ls 2019 had it toward when they were loading it up the tow truck driver steps on it slams my front bumper and back don’t recommend this towing business doesn’t have respect
Had my truck die on a busy roadway at rush hour. Called my insurance roadside assistance. They told me an hour to an hour and a half for a wrecker to arrive. I looked up local wreckers and saw Claxton's was close. Called and had a wrecker within 10 minutes. They quickly loaded up my truck and took it to my residence. The driver was so good he was able to unload my truck under my carport. They were just as nice as could be. I was so relieved when I got a hold of them and they arrived so fast. If you are in the Ennis area and need a tow, look no farther than Claxton's.

Called to make an appointment. They told me text them the particulars and then never got back to me at all. I tried calling them but they never responded and sent me straight to voicemail. I ended up having to call another towing service which worked out great. Also no matter how loudly I talked when I first called, every sentence I finished was followed by a loud unpleasant "HUH?"
Meet Mr. Claxton when I called for service. What a nice man. Came out promptly and instead of towing and running up the bill he was able to fix my issue on the spot. Just charged a service call. Honest men are hard to find. Thanks Mr. Claxton. After he got me on the road he did a follow up call about 10 minutes later to be sure I was OK.
Claxton’s was a blessing when I needed one. My car broke down in a very inconvenient place at a very inconvenient time. They were very polite, professional and caring. They even stayed with me until my ride showed up so that I wasn’t left alone.
Had one of our cars break down in ennis and needed it towed 10 miles. Called to set up the tow and guy told me he was in the middle of a tow and would get to me after he was finished. After waiting 3 hours i decided to find somebody else. And i still never recieved a call back!
The driver had been given bad location information, but he persisted and called me while he searched.
He also contacted the police to see if they could help him find the car.
Once he found the car he transported it safely and parked it carefully.
Great service in locating the car, and speedy, safe delivery once he found it.
The bill was consistent with the estimate; no price gouging.
