If you want your parts on time do not order from this place, it has been nothing but run around and run around, i am so upset my insurance chose this parts store, they have been leaving me and the body shop doing the work on my truck in the dark, i was supposed to have a back glass for my truck 01/22/26 and it never arrived and i had barely called to see the status on it on 01/28/26. Tom advised me that the original broke in transit. So it broke and they never bothered to tell the shop or me? And then i said so are you sending another back glass. He then said “if youd like i can have one out there tomorrow 1/29/26” WHAT DO YOU MEAN “IF ID LIKE” i stayed calm and said make sure it arrives on 1/29/26. Fast foward present time i call this morning and asked what time its going to arrive and tom said it already arrived, i call my shop at 5:30 asking if my truck was ready, they said the back glass hasnt arrived and theyre waiting arrival, this is the worst experience ive ever had getting any work done on any vehicle and its all due to the lack of communication and lack of care from this auto part store. Embarrassing

Mr. Rodney Carlton always delievers the parts with a smile. He never drags part(s) on the floor, always hands them to the managers or technicians. Good place, I have bought a few things from there and would buy more. If you’re looking for bigger parts Snyder’s is the best place for that, but smaller parts Snyders is not the place. I like to buy local and I went there for a car scissor jack stand, which I could buy new for $120. Snyders said they have one for $100. I was a little shocked and the lady told me the lowest price on anything they have is $90. To me that is a little weird, however is not my business to be running. so I bought the same jack on eBay for $30 and that includes shipping. I would have bought the one at Snyders for $50 since I was already there but they stood on the $100
After a quick Google search and an email I found the part that I was looking for. Dealership wanted $1500+ and Snyders had what I needed at a far better price. Part was very securely packaged and arrive at my door in a few short days. Email responses were very quick and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for used car parts. Thanks!!
I live in New York and had no choice but to purchase body parts for my Jeep Liberty from the west coast since all Jeep Liberties rust in the same places. Over the years, I have had limited experiences purchasing from salvage yards and the few experiences that I have had were not positive. My experiences with Snyder's were extremely positive. Richard Canady went above and beyond the call of duty to research the least expensive shipping options and guided me through the process of completing the cut sheets. There were numerous calls over a period of weeks as he researched different options and he was always patient and courteous. It was clear from our dealings that his primary concern was that I receive the parts that I needed for my vehicle and the sale was second. When I did receive the parts, they were exactly as advertised. Based on this experience, I will only purchase from Snyder's and will gladly pay the shipping across the country.
Amazing service, called approx 15-20 different junk yards, and was met with very little help finding my part. Then I spoke with RC and went out of his way to find the part I needed. Would definitely recommend, professional and respectful!
John at Snyder's is amazimg, I called to ask about a taillight for my 2021 f150 lariat, I was expecting to spend a great deal of money, even for a used one, but through talking with John he found that the module I had already bought off Amazon just needed to be programmed, I had no idea, most other places would have not told me about that and just tried to sell me their part, not John, I feel like John went above and beyond the call of duty , I really appreciate Johns help, because of John I will be recommending snyders to anyone I know looking for auto parts, and I'll be using them myself for anything I might need in the way of parts, thank you again. I’m just a girl buying parts for my jeep they helped me they insured I got the right parts I was welcomed by angie at the front desk like she knew me like we were best friends she grabbed my part she told me what to use to get the old part out just a simple screw it was the best experience ever. I will shop here again and I will spread the word. I needed a rim for my Jeep and Johnny at Snyder’s was amazing over the phone and once I paid, later in the day, he called me to notify me that it was ready! I had a few issues getting credits, however, Leo was able to reach out to me and handle it extremely professionally. Leo made sure all my issues were addressed and also explained in detail how they can do better for me. Leo is a prime example of how a vendor should treat their customers.

Well, I am giving two stars versus one since the folks behind the counter were nice but not a very pleasant first experience. I called for a Nissan Altima Overhead Console, and they had one so I paid for it late on Friday and they said it would be ready by Tuesday. I arrived Tuesday after calling them to make sure it was ready. After a few minutes at the counter the salesman said oh no. They pulled the wrong part even though he stated the right part to be pulled. They are going to go pull the right one. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer, and he stated each person will pull 10 parts before coming back in and it will be ready before they close (2 hours?). They messed up and I have to wait hours now for the right part that I already paid for. Not great customer service. After 90 minutes he stated the part was ready. Now I am buying this part due to poor quality by Nissan as the overhead console is held up by two cheap plastic tabs. When I see the part, I was shocked to see that either a tab was already broken, or the puller broke one of the tabs (see pictures). Unfortunately, I was selling the car in two days, and I had no choice but to keep the purchase and hope it would work. I paid $80 for a half-broken part which I could have bought on eBay for half the price. The salesman didn't offer any discount on the broken part and in the future, I will be sticking with eBay and plan better.
Great business. Great prices. Everyone we spoke with was helpful. They saved me a few hundred dollars over their competitors. The door I purchased was perfect. It’s easier to purchase ahead of time and request more detailed pictures or show up to see if you’d like to continue with the sale. When I showed up the front office personnel was friendly as were the gentleman working the yard delivery. I will defiantly be back for more parts in the future.
