I live in New York and had no choice but to purchase body parts for my Jeep Liberty from the west coast since all Jeep Liberties rust in the same places. Over the years, I have had limited experiences purchasing from salvage yards and the few experiences that I have had were not positive. My experiences with Snyder's were extremely positive. Richard Canady went above and beyond the call of duty to research the least expensive shipping options and guided me through the process of completing the cut sheets. There were numerous calls over a period of weeks as he researched different options and he was always patient and courteous. It was clear from our dealings that his primary concern was that I receive the parts that I needed for my vehicle and the sale was second. When I did receive the parts, they were exactly as advertised. Based on this experience, I will only purchase from Snyder's and will gladly pay the shipping across the country.
Amazing service, called approx 15-20 different junk yards, and was met with very little help finding my part. Then I spoke with RC and went out of his way to find the part I needed. Would definitely recommend, professional and respectful!
John at Snyder's is amazimg, I called to ask about a taillight for my 2021 f150 lariat, I was expecting to spend a great deal of money, even for a used one, but through talking with John he found that the module I had already bought off Amazon just needed to be programmed, I had no idea, most other places would have not told me about that and just tried to sell me their part, not John, I feel like John went above and beyond the call of duty , I really appreciate Johns help, because of John I will be recommending snyders to anyone I know looking for auto parts, and I'll be using them myself for anything I might need in the way of parts, thank you again. I’m just a girl buying parts for my jeep they helped me they insured I got the right parts I was welcomed by angie at the front desk like she knew me like we were best friends she grabbed my part she told me what to use to get the old part out just a simple screw it was the best experience ever. I will shop here again and I will spread the word. I called on Monday, spoke with Lupe, ordered a part which he said would arrive the next day , and it didn’t . So I called Tuesday afternoon and he told me they didn’t have the part at the shop , and that it had arrived late because they didn’t have it in stock which caused it to be delayed . He mentioned that it would arrive Wednesday now , which it didn’t . I called early Thursday and spoke to Lupe again since I already had his extension number (104) and he said that I had not placed an order, and that I had made a mistake that it was probably with Tom and he transferred me to another line without taking accountability. Then I spoke to Tom and he said that the part was already at the store and that he was going to send it early Friday so they could deliver it to me the same day. As Friday went by and nothing arrived, at noon I called Tom and he said that it wasn’t going to arrive until Monday as he had told me on Thursday, which is not true he had said Friday not Monday. These are not responsible people if you’re calling them because the insurance found the part here , I’d suggest you look somewhere else .
I called needing a replacement part, asked for JP Padron, & his level of service was phenomenal! He had to do some research to find exactly what I needed & made sure the part was in very good condition, he gave me call back with all the details. JP made the entire experience very professional & pleasant! Thank you again for your help!

Jp/jose is the best guy! I work at a dealership and we deal with just him an he always comes through! We give him so much headaches for warranties an he still comes through! Used these guys to buy a an engine for my f150. I went through "jp" or Jose and had terrible service. Wouldn't return my calls, their payment processing sucks so I had to drive out there and pay cash. Once I paid cash, Jose/jp didnt want to give me a receipt after paying thousands in cash for my engine. I waited and finally recieved my receipt. He seemed upset that I wanted a reciept but he had no choice but to print one.... He then mentions the engine won't be delivered until the next week. Just overall, a bad experience. But hey, I i guess the good thing is that they had the engine. "Jp" josepedro should work on his communication skills and customer service. He has a sign on his desk that says "10 years" 10 years of providing mediocre terrible service smh.

We will never order parts from these folks ever. I bought a door they sent me a link to pay and then they call and tell me that it is not insurance quality, therfore could not buy the door. Why would we buy a door with damages that we would have to repair for the same price. I thought it was kind that they called and told me it wasn't that great shape and that I would get a full refund. Well guess what they don't refund the credit card surcharges. They should have maybe told me that the door was was not insurance quality before I purchased it. They are keeping the 3 % and we received no part from them. There mistake therefore they should cover the 3% surcharges. Think twice before buying from these people!!! Only did this transaction because the insurance stated that they had a door. Horrible customer service!!!!! Never again !!!!

John Darbyshire treated us like family. From the first phone call to get our food , to text messages along the way. Absolutely the best customer service ever. Prices were great, the paint color matched perfectly. If I ever need another part I'll come here.
Well, I am giving two stars versus one since the folks behind the counter were nice but not a very pleasant first experience. I called for a Nissan Altima Overhead Console, and they had one so I paid for it late on Friday and they said it would be ready by Tuesday. I arrived Tuesday after calling them to make sure it was ready. After a few minutes at the counter the salesman said oh no. They pulled the wrong part even though he stated the right part to be pulled. They are going to go pull the right one. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer, and he stated each person will pull 10 parts before coming back in and it will be ready before they close (2 hours?). They messed up and I have to wait hours now for the right part that I already paid for. Not great customer service. After 90 minutes he stated the part was ready. Now I am buying this part due to poor quality by Nissan as the overhead console is held up by two cheap plastic tabs. When I see the part, I was shocked to see that either a tab was already broken, or the puller broke one of the tabs (see pictures). Unfortunately, I was selling the car in two days, and I had no choice but to keep the purchase and hope it would work. I paid $80 for a half-broken part which I could have bought on eBay for half the price. The salesman didn't offer any discount on the broken part and in the future, I will be sticking with eBay and plan better.
My husband ordered a transmission and an Engine was delivered instead. He called to rectify the issue and was told he has to pay a restocking fee. This is not his fault and no one has yet to send a return or exchange label. He called back numerous times but get the run around and get hung up on. He is very unsatisfied with the treatment and the service.
