A great team that works well together and AAA. My new vehicle (14k miles) computer was not working correctly so was unable to be put into neutral. The team used the proper equipment to load the vehicle onto their truck without damaging the tires or front wheel transmission. Chain of Custody paperwork was also provided for this 70+ mile transfer to the auto dealership.
The picture shows the 'yellow marking' from the yellow skids placed under the front tires to carry the load/friction saving the tires and transmission as the vehicle was pulled onto the truck for transport.

Mr.Galvan is very respectful professional and over all outstanding he towed our vehicle away from a 3 vehicle accident allowed us anytime before dark to come get our items from it as well as asked how I was doing. They did everything they can to not service, and accuse us. Also at the end the don't have a wrecker until 4 hours and left us stuck in the middle of nowhere. 10 mins away. 24/7 hour service is more like when they actually care.

Go any where but here. Check your insurance policy for road side assistance. Mic drop!!!! I can't rate cuz they ain't accept zero stars. I'm lying when I was forced to put 1 star just so my experience can be made public.
My daughter was stranded in San Antonio on a Sunday evening. J.R. Galvan assured me that he can bring her back home safely and her vehicle which was completely disabled. Not only that but he offered for one of his own family member who lives in S.A. to stop and assist my daughter. Thanks J.R. Galvan for handling my situation professionally and expeditiously. Side note I called several companies and Galvan had the best price.
Very bad towing company does not talk to you about the status on your vehicle and as soon as you call.... hello what they say so no I wouldn't recommend coming here
