I cannot emphasize enough how horrible this business is. The only positive review on this page appears to have come from an employee, which says everything. Instead of doing their job and allowing me to retrieve my personal belongings—something I have been requesting for over 12 days—time was apparently spent writing a false review. Since my vehicle was towed, I have made repeated attempts to schedule an appointment to retrieve my personal property. I have a valid release from the lender, yet I have been met with constant delays, ignored calls and messages, and completely unprofessional behavior. I have been told things like “I don’t know,” “I have no clue,” and “that’s not my job” when simply asking for a date and time to collect items that legally belong to me. I even had a third-party recovery company intervene on my behalf due to the lack of response and professionalism. After that, communication from the tow yard became even worse, and my calls have gone unanswered. This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect. If you value your time, your property, or basic human decency, do NOT use or trust this company. If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, I strongly suggest filing a report with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) so there is a formal record of these practices. I will be escalating this matter through the appropriate channels.
Dude needs some driving lessons. He and another red tow truck were chasing a red titan swerving through traffic by London area.almost caused multiple accidents. A police report was filed He pulled up inches from me like he was going to jump in my Tesla window. Anyone know who this is? He need money that bad? Was chasing a truck I know a place.
Stole my 10×10canopy and various small tools from my vehicle. I live on disability and it sucks when those that have take from those who don't. Thanks a lot guys!
Im a transport driver I took on a asignment to get 4 cars from these yahoo's. Sent them the BOL's called to see if they recived them lady said yes but I just need the vins off the Vehicles which wete on the BOL but the lazy worker said just email the vins for each car I have to many emails to read lazy lazy. Person then to find out they did not have the keys to those cars in a text. Then after I left the area found a e mail they have keys good to go... Just waisted 35 gallons of Diesel after turning around. BANKS IF YOUR LISTING FIND A BETTER repo agency to recover your propetty lazy bunch of usless people work at this place..

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their employees stole hundreds of dollars worth of item from my vehicle. They make you sign paper before recovering you personal belonging so that if anything is missing they aren’t held responsible if you don’t sign them they don’t give you access to you vehicle. They barely return calls. THEIFS
Great restaurant on the Laguna Madre, I had the fish and chips with oysters and my wife had broccoli rice and shrimp plate. It was delicious and the view amazing.
