Julian put in the extra effort for me this morning when I came in with only half an idea of what I needed. He looked up parts, googled stuff to figure out what I needed, called other stores....he was great.
I went in for a battery check and was assisted by Bo. He quickly identified the issue as corrosion around one of the battery ports, but the interaction left me very disappointed. When I asked what I needed to do, he walked back into the store without a word. After cleaning the corrosion, I again asked how to prevent the issue from happening in the future. His response was sarcastic: “try checking it once in a while,” followed by, “I’m embarrassed for you.”
While he addressed the immediate problem, his attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome, as though I was a nuisance for asking questions. Basic courtesy and respect were completely lacking. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
From out of town was in jam no tools Alyssa was very sepathic and help, diagnosed the problems and even loan me tools I will never get her and will always shop at O'Reilly Auto.
Normally, i would buy from O'Reilly, but today, i was treated very poorly. The employee there did not show any interest in working much less, showing any guest service to customers I COULD HAVE ORDERED ON EBAY OR AMAZON BUT I BOUGHT THE PART I WAS LOOKING FOR WITH AUTOZONE do better next time O'Reilly
I was having trouble with a dead battery and Eric from Oreillys went above and beyond to help me fix it! Very grateful for his assistance and can do attitude
I showed up less than an hour before closing and the staff stayed, let buy a new battery and let me use their tools to exchange it. It was a kind ending to a stressful night. Thank you

The guy was real rude you ask him a question he's like I don't know.And I would ask if a different question simple question like what would he recommend he was getting mad..he shouldn't work there if he knows nothing about car parts...it's a new young guy I guess the other people were cool before but now that other guy's rude didn't even say thank you when I left and I spent a lot of money
I been doing hard work outs and was getting pretty sore at night .I went and asked if they could help me with issue they Recommended amino acids ..been taking for 4 days and I feel great! Glad to have someone to talk to that can help me out
Excellent service and a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. It was a rainy, misty afternoon and the young man changed my car battery with the rain coming down..did not complain or gripe just did his job and explained his service as well as troubleshooting to insure there was no other issue like alternator problems. Very appreciative of his work and solving my car issue as I was traveling and not in my regular service area.
Christopher and his female co worker did a great job helping me look into an alternator replacement. I have always been part of the O’Reillys membership. Every car I had owned they helped me out. Thank you guys and I will see y’all soon. Be well!
Incorrect diagnostic! Went to go by a new battery battery but the associate there told me my voltage regulator was bad and needed a new alternator, so I took my car to the shop to change the alternator and ended up I just needed a new battery. I spent $320 when all needed was a new battery.
The gentleman that helped me up was very good at what he did he was very attentive to What I was looking for even tho I didn't knew how to pronounce the part correctly thanks guys
Female manager was very rude and unwilling to help us. She deserves to be fired, everyone has a bad day but don't take it out on your customers. You never know which customer has almost 17 millions views ma'am
The CSR that helped me was awesome. I thought I got the wrong air filter. Turned out I was installing it wrong. He helped me get it fitted. Great experience.

I ordered windshield wipers from O"Reilly online. I tried installing it but without success. I went to this store and a young man installed it in like 2 minutes. I was amazed. Top notch customer service.
We were visiting the area, in a borrowed car, and the check engine light was on and flashing (bad). These guys came out and ran a quick diagnosis and told us the problem with the engine. It was quick and easy, and at least we knew that we didn't break the car, and it needed to be looked at real soon.
Had an emergency wheel studs go out on a friend's car, well came to O'Reilly's and I was a little short on the full total and the clerk helped me out. I wanted to tell you thank you man! You saved the day for real man. This is how you keep a customer happy and coming back. Sorry advanced auto parts but y'all might just get bumped down a peg after this helping hand. A1 service all the way!!!
O’Reillys is great, but this location does not make an extra effort to get your problems resolved. I recommend the location on Saratoga. They were able to replace my battery within 5 minutes under warranty, the location near red lobster wanted to test it and hold it for an entire day.
Had a great experience today and I love when the employers are nice and helpful.... I went and bought a radiator cap for my car tank, the gentleman who help me, was very nice,

These are helpful people working here! They let me return an unused part that i purchased 6+ years ago and credited my purchase with the refund. The employee also retrieved miscellaneous items i needed and gave me options on part prices.
