Towed my car from a spot that didn’t have any “no parking” signs, and conflicted with what the staff on the property said, that is was okay to park where I was parked. Owner will lie if your car is towed from Port A, claiming the price would be $75 (but since they are located intown and the driver has already left) it jumps to $375. Meanwhile the tow driver dumps your car down the road at the Woodys Sports Center parking lot, never leaving Port A at all. If your car gets towed in Port A, go get it from that parking lot yourself and spare yourself the hassle of paying these hacks for nothing.
These hacks harassed my mother while the insurance was processing their payment and even attempted to steal the vehicle back from the service center. Never trust these people
Extremely dissatisfied with the service of this company. Went to retrieve my things from my car, as I was in a car accident. All of my important documents were missing. My birth certificate? Gone. My vaccination card? Gone. My glasses and my cash/coins were also missing but they left my empty wallet. I wish I would have known who my car was going to. No masks in the building. Dogs wondering around the lot where the cars are being held and also inside the building. What if someone is allergic? I’m sure my things are floating around the black market somewhere. Again, I am very upset and will be filing a police report as well as reporting them. Wouldn’t have come to this if they’d just leave people’s belongings alone. Don’t let these people take your car.
Illegally and wrongfully towed my 2017 Toyota Tundra truck from my work on 3/08/21. It was immediately reported stolen. Two weeks later CCPD located it, unfortunately the claim was processed by my insurance so I could not get my truck back. When I was notified by CCPD and called to ask how it got there no questions were answered and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I was allowed to get my things once I turned over the keys and was watched as I retrieved my belongings from the truck, including my 4 month old daughters carseat. My car charger was missing. Owner tried to explain to me what happened and blamed it on the company they were repoing for and even said it was called in to CCPD to verify the last four of the VIN when according to CCPD it was not EVER called in. Apparently my license came back as a repo for a Tundra in Dallas. The detective had a hard time verifying anything with them eitjer. This is really disgusting and awful that this place is in business operating against the law. The only compensation the owner gave was his card for a free tow like I would ever want to use such an unprofessional company.
Very unprofessional establishment has no regard to the Texas Occupants Code and illegally charges you to get belongings out of the vehicle. They are storing the vehicle and can charge for that but not your personal belongings inside, they have No Right to Your Property inside whether it’s just a Tow or Repossession! I reported this to the TGRL in Austin and I hope their license is Revoked! Horrible people! ICE will also be informed!
Very sad excuse for professionals. Tonight I was released from the hospital and on the way home my husband stopped for gas and a CC Wrecker tow truck pulled in (not for our vehicle) and parked a few gas pumps down. Driver didnt get off for gas but had his window down and asked my husband if he had a problem. Let me say this, my husband and I had just been talking about getting a towing company to move our fifth wheel RV, without thinking the driver was going to act in a very unprofessional manner, my husband was going to ask him if they offered those services. When I heard the driver instigating an arguement I then got off to read the phone number off his truck and told the driver that my husband was just pumping gas minding his business. And he kept yelling at my husband over me and then told me yeah call the number on the side of the truck its mine so call me girl. Wow just wow!!! He then told my husband to get off the truck and handle up. What is wrong with this man?? Hes obviously the one that has the problem. And he got upset because my husbands response was to laugh at his stupidity. Geeze get professional guy now go do your job and stalk people that dont pay thier vehicles ours is paid off. Is his job that boring that he has nothing better to do than sit at gas pumps and harrass inocent people. Well never the less i called the 24 hour phone number on his truck, which is also the same one is listed on google that states its answered 24x7, and of course no answer. Not only was the driver unprofessional but the advertising is also false. So beware when using this company. Remember the company you use for your business needs also reflects on your business. Food for thought... If i could give them zero stars i would.
I had a really great experience with this company; however, make sure you get any valuables out sadly because apparently even coupons are not safe...sad...hope they are enjoying the free food.
Leasing office agent. I was in my office and of course I look out side from time to time we'll as I look I see a mother checking her mail while the tow truck takes car with child inside not making sure car is secured and empty with no one inside is very disappointing! Ran out side to help mother stop truck to get kids out because driver did not check so wasn't aware took off with car on mother was just 3 feet from car checking mail:(
Friendly, helpful personnel - also fast to respond when help was needed! The driver as well as staff went out of their way to make things easier for us throughout the process. I was married to the owner of a wrecker service in central Texas, and I would very highly recommend CC Wrecker Service & Gulf Coast Auto Recovery to everyone. Any bad reviews probably are from people who had their vehicles repossessed!
These guys are amazing!! Very reasonable pricing and i enjoyed every minute of speaking with the head mechanic. He was super knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone who needs service or repairs done on their vehicle take your car here!! I will for ever be a customer to this establishment.
STEALING LYING AND STEALING MORE!
Recently divorced mother with two young children to care for having to go through what we all might imagine the life strain to be under only to add another chapter of unnecessary unwarranted and for me completely unforgiving is what this company blatantly willfully and without any regard to this woman's situation taking no care for the Affliction that had already been so engraved the sorrow all about her. Unfortunately this company became involved in that life and as rightfully impounded this vehicle to their location what happened next should be documented what happened next is nowhere to be found. It has caused much more agony and it appears that all that work there are beneficiaries of take what we can from where we can has the opportunity allows it.
Criminal Minds all throughout this place crooked and no conscience I will not come down to the levels of what this company has clearly demonstrated throughout. Servicing themselves is what they're all about keeping what belongs two small children into a very weary single mother with no shame and completely disregarding the need and to which they filled what still belongs is still in the hands and what still belongs to you because there are more they still in their hands.

Terrible customer service. They towed our company vehicle from our own property without notifying us and then made the whole process difficult to get our vehicle back. Their uneducated staff was not trained correctly to identify the paperwork we provided to them was correct. They would not call me back which delayed the process in attempt to keep the vehicle longer to incur more fees. Not enough staff on-hand to help retrieve the vehicle in a timely manner and they were rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
