I was helped out by Red. I needed a donut spare replacement for 2023 outlander, but it had to come off a 2003-2015 Nissan Murano. He also checked out if lug pattern and the center hole would fit. I walked out a happy person. Thank you, Red.
I thought the guy helping me was helpful, but unfortunately I was way overcharged for the items I purchased from them. I unknowingly paid more than what they cost new and then when my friend went to get them for me, he said we didn't want them at that price and they said they would charge us for freight and restocking, which would have cost so much we had to keep the items. They definitely ripped me off. He sounded polite but it was not worth doing business with them in the end.

Make sure and ask the right questions. These guys like all other junkyard just tell you what's needed to sell there junk. No cash back so once they take your money it's theres. Very bad at taking your info and never call you back.
LAST YEAR IN "2015" WE HAD CAME HERE TO BUY TWO THING'S/PART'S FOR OUR ("2002", CHEVY AVALANCHE TRUCK, 4×4), IT WAS MY HUSBAND'S IDEA & IT WAS DURING THE TIME WE GOT OUR INCOME TAX & WE GOT A USED TRANSMISSION ONLY, THO (WE DID HAD TOO WAIT A DAY OR TWO B-CUZ IT WAS COMING FRM, "SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS"), & WE ALSO GOT A USED TRANSFER CASE FOR THE "4×4", WELL WE DID HAVE TOO TAKE IN EACH PART IN & THEY DO GIVE YOU SOME MONEY FOR THE EXCHANGE, IT'S NOT MUCH & I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW MUCH MONEY EXACTLY THEY GIVE YOU FOR EACH ONE/PART, MY POINT IS EVEN THO THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 30-DAY'S WARRANTY & THAT'S FOR EACH ONE/PART IT'S OK I GUESS BECAUSE IT'S NOW MAY OF 2016, & THE TRUCK IS STILL WORKING GOOD, & WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM'S WTH THESE PARTS WE GOT FRM, "ADVANTAGE SALVAGE & AUTO PARTS!" WE WOULD GO THERE AGAIN IF EVER NEEDED!
I'm in the auto repair business...sometimes our clients can't afford new parts...my first call is to to Advantage. If it's available at all, they either have it onsite, or can get it.
NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY FROM ADVANTAGE SALVAGE THEY SALE BAD ITEM, AND I TRY TO NEXT EXCHANGE, BUT THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL. EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANY THING I HAVE VERY BAD EXPEDIENCE.
