This has truly been the worst experience. They towed my truck from my driveway and now it's in there yard and they want over $200 to get it back . That's extortion. They should be charged with auto thief . How can you steal my truck when it's in my driveway and then charge me? They should be held responsible and they need to pay me $200 for everything I'm going through not me pay them for stealing my car .. this place is a nightmare and they point there fingers at each other. They wont even allow me to speak to the owner ...
utilized my car insurance roadside assistance. a driver came out and took my car to repair shop, dropped it off in the very corner of the lot, didn’t notify repair shop it was there, left keys INSIDE the ignition. and then just left. as far as i’m aware that is not supposed to happen, according through the repair shop i’m going through. pretty frustrated. thankfully my car is inoperable at the moment but had it been able to drive anyone could’ve came and taken my car off the lot of the repair shop. very irresponsible way of working. this car is my livelihood, for it to handled the way it was is careless.
Wish they gave more then 300 for a running 2009 nissan quest brutally is good. It was time for me to move on from that van. Only got rid of it cuz heading to Houston and it was running rough so didn't want to have a break down .. but all good
