Untimely service. Received an ETA of 90-120 minutes and they did not arrive until almost 4 hours after the initial request to tow my car. Received a text that the truck would arrive in 20 minutes and it did not arrive until an hour and a half following the text. When I called to speak to dispatch, the male who answered continued to talk over me to explain why they were so behind. He was hard to understand due to a screaming child in the background. I explained that if they did not have the manpower to provide the service, they should not have accepted the job since I am located in Portland. There was zero communication until my insurance company continued to maintain contact with me to ensure my car was towed to the dealership.
Update: They towed it to the WRONG dealership!!!!!!!!!! This was with the CORRECT dealership and address provided.
Came out here far and was very understanding and his personality was on point. I loved that he even cared about my mother grass!!!! He was very upfront on how he could help and truthfull on weather he could make the delivery. Definitely recommend this company.
Even though it was along wait, the driver was very polite and very efficient. Dispatch was supposed tell him to bring gas to see if that was the problem but, he didn't get the message. Before he was able to load the car to tow it to the gas station. I couldn't climb into his truck since I have bad knees. He waited while I called by brother who was about 10 minutes away to pick me up so he could load the car and we could follow him to the gas station. Luckily the car was just out of gas. All in all this was a good experience.
A/C stopped working and took the truck to get repairs. What I thought would be an expensive fix ended up being an easy and cheaper fix thanks to the guys at Momento Towing. They saved me money finding the root cause of the problem instead of just replacing the A/C compressor.

If you're planning on using them as a U-Haul drop off location I would suggest you choose another one in Corpus. No one answers the phone or door and there wasn't anywhere to even park the truck during daytime operating hours. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to let them know we were lost and couldn't find their location because the name is different on Uhaul's site (it doesn't share that it's a towing company either). And on top of all of this they charged us an extra day late fee for all of our troubles (since we couldn't find them or get ahold of anyone). Definitely choose a different location and not Momento Stop LLC (which is the name they use for Uhaul). It's very misleading.
I was told through the insurance that a tow truck from this company would be out here within an hour and a half. I hade not received a call from them for two hours forcing me to call and have them tell they need a different truck which was a lie . I’ve been towed by the smaller trucks before . I’m blocking a lane off an exit and I’ve been rained on . I haven’t eaten anything or have any water . Don’t call these guys . Such a disaster, because I had to call the insurance to get another towing company to come . Don’t call these guys .
I can't say anything too bad other than just not being able to answer phones after calling previously(memorial day maybe readon). But overall they provided great service. Driver was fun to conversate with and ensured i was able to get to my destination. Sent a text to see if I still needed towing and gave eta for arrival. Would use service if needed to again. Hope I don't but still willing.
Had a car on Naval Air Station Corpus. They had to have a driver pull up to a gate, get inspected to be able to pick me up. Because of the extra time involved he said he didn't want to tie up one of his trucks for that long and canceled the call. Do not use them, because if its an inconvenience you will not be helped by them. Update: Momento said that my roadside assistance provider wouldn't pay wait time. Yet when I asked my provider, they said you told them you were not able to accommodate. Didnt mention anything about your request for a wait charge. Also, you said directly to me you didn't want to spend any time waiting. That it was to busy to help out a potential customer. So ylthat means you only help people with quick tows? Never heard of such a thing from any other tow company before. Call K&S Towing evwryone.
Even with my Roadside assistance through AT&T, I’ve been charged (lied to) twice within two weeks. Clearly it’s the holiday season and the driver that towed me last week looked me in my eyes today with a smirk, knowing I owed nothing out of pocket and still demanded cash for the tow. When I called roadside assistance back to make sure it wasn’t my mistake, found that I was in fact covered. The same driver returned to tow my car again today and parked behind my vehicle and wouldn’t get out of his truck for about 15 mins. When I approached the door he demanded money and I told him “You’re not ripping me off again.” He got a horrible attitude, claimed he’s never even towed me before and then proceeded to tell me he “cut me a deal last week!”
I called Roadside to see what I should do since he was blocking my car in and not being of any help, and they advised me to call the police. Once I said that that’s what I was advised to do, he drove off like a crazy person in an apartment complex parking lot.
I received a call from the manager/owner whatever he claimed to be.. he said I was “mad at the world” failing to realize I’m simply standing up for myself and reporting back to Roadside. He told me that my call was being recorded and told me it would now be $150 dollars for a tow. I explained that he didn’t help me locate the key last week that the driver didn’t notate properly, and I was also told that they’d be willing to “help me” HAH if I would just “calm down, he didn’t need the attitude!”
Roadside had a helpful person from another company in no time.. $0 out of pocket, imagine that!

My husbands truck wouldn’t start and had to be towed to the dealership. We called and were assigned a two tow company’s who came out and wouldn’t even drive in our driveway to get the truck because they were afraid of getting stuck. We then got assigned Momento Towing and they were awesome. Daniel came out and did an amazing job. He said the driveway wasn’t bad at all and got the truck loaded very quickly with no problems. Highly recommended!!
I used these folks three times within a week and they are the best! Gabriel, Chris and Daniel were all timely, professional, friendly and they took good care of my new baby. Joanne was also courteous and professional on the phone.

I ended up in a bind at 11pm at night that I couldn't go take care of myself. I started calling around for someone who could go jump start a truck. I dealt with people that were rude, acted as if they didn't want to work, and were charging OUTRAGEOUS prices! Then I called and talked to Mike at Momento Towing. Mike was polite, professional, acted like he wanted to earn my business and was extremely reasonably priced. It was a really great experience. Before I hung up with Mike his driver was already calling me to tell me he was on the way. The driver was just as professional! About 20 minutes later my driver was able to get the truck started so I called the tow truck driver back to cancel him. Even though he was almost there (at 1130pm) he was polite and understanding. Five minutes later Mike calls me back (again, at 1130 pm!) to insist on refunding my money! I insisted against it since his driver was almost there and we ended up agreeing to split it.
Bottom line, this is a prime example of great customer service which is largely missing in our society today. Keep up the great work Mike! We WILL be doing business again!
They are on time, no long waiting time. Joanne was really sweet and helpful. They're very reasonable and will give a slight discount for returning costumers! They are so far the cheapest I have found in corpus.

Momento towing did an outstanding job on my low custom mustang. Sean and Mike were very professional. I recommend their services to anyone needing towing.The prior company (Road Net) came first and damaged my front end and left without letting us know they had damaged my front end. From this day forward we will only use Momento Towing. Very Satisfied.

Very impressed with service. Driver by the name of Chris showed up within 20 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and took care of my car. I highly recommend momento towing.
