Mr. Timothy assisted us in having our jeep towed to our house/he assisted even after we had canceled due to our son having come out to give us a battery boost which coincidentally didn't work/we called Timothy to inform of our gear shift stick that was stuck on park and that we still needed his assistance He came out himself to assist with our troubles.
