Not good at all very unprofessional very rude we are already going through a difficult situation and for this company to add to our situation by being rude is not fair I think they lost their compassion along the way somewhere their little office stinks like a combination of animal and smoke
My vehicle would not turn on even when we used jump cables. I called American Eagle and Amanda was very polite and professional answered my questions. Informed me there was one vehicle ahead of me and then would arrive shortly. The tow truck driver was friendly and courteous .
Will use them again if situation arises.
I called serval tow companies beforecallkng American Eagle, all of them had over a 1 hour wait.
Then I called American Eagle , no wait and the driver came to our location in less then 15 minutes. He loaded our vehicle up ,he was able to finish the job within 45 minutes. Very quick and efficient. I would recommend them anytime. I will be calling them again when I need to transport my vehicle to the shop!!!! Highly recommend them.
The drivers a dirty, they got into my truck all full of grease and got the seat , driver door and broke my center council beware of American Eagle they are no good
I was at a convention on the island when I took a wrong road that was flooded, & my car died in it. My whole weekend went to trash, because I live in Austin. This place took care of my car, even tried to jump start me, & offered lots of options and rates to get my van home. They were nothing but kind & respectful. Other places wouldn't even respond to the police to help get my van! But they did & I am so grateful.
I was driving a rental car from Enterprise from Edinburg to Austin and stopped to get gas in Riviera, Texas. After, the car wouldn't start. I contacted Enterprise, and they said they would send a tow truck for the car, and once the car was towed, get me an Uber to the nearest open Enterprise to get a new rental. The tow truck arrived, and I requested the Uber to Corpus Christi as instructed. However, no drivers wanted to pick up the 45 minute trip from the middle of nowhere to Corpus Christi. Enterprise then tried Lyft and no luck. Then they said they were working on finding a taxi and would contact me when they found one. The tow truck drivers saw my predicament and kindly offered to take me and my luggage and drop me off at the Enterprise rental counter at the Corpus Christi airport. I gladly accepted. Without them, I would have probably ended up stranded in Riviera for several more hours. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to.
Received a certified letter from them stating they had towed my car. They also notified my credit union that they had towed my car and had it in storage. Not only was it not my car but I haven’t been in Corpus Christi TX in over 30 yrs. After 3 calls trying to get something stating they had made a mistake the owner refused and hung up on me. They make false statements and are not very creditable
I recently had my car towed across country and Nikita, the dispatcher, was great at facilitating the process. The driver, Jesse, was awesome! I highly recommend American Eagle Auto Transport if you need your car towed long distance.
Towed pur vehicle to their lot so they could collect the lot fees after we asked for it to be towed to our personal property. We paid the fees and moved on BUT their lack of communication is only to benefit them = poor business for me. 1 star
I literally just had to call them due to my car breaking down at H-E-B & let me tell you, the gentleman was Very nice, professional & prompt! I would also like to add very reasonable! I will definitely be using them again if need be.
My truck got towed by theses heartless ppl my mechanic was standing by my truck waiting on my son to pull up to give him the key to change my battery the tow truck driver gave him five minutes to get there on a busy street from Everhart to Airline and still towed the truck as he begged him and heard him saying he was pulling in amh.
American Eagle were so helpful. I was stranded and they did not have anyone available. So he referred me to someone. They were 2 hour wait, so I called Ametican Eagle back and he gave me a another referral. Praise GOD for such a honest and caring company. About serving people and not just money. My work truck broke down early this morning. After looking at several towing companies and reading the reviews I gave these guys a call. Was told wrecker would be here in an hour, driver shows up in less than an hour. Very friendly and courteous driver and dispatcher, as a business owner these are the qualities that build repeat customers. Definitely recommend these guys, price for across town service was very reasonable.
Gentleman on the phone was nice, wrecker driver was nice, wrecker driver showed up fairly quickly, they charged me a reasonable price. I'll plan to use them again in the future should the need arise.
I called about six towing services this morning. American Eagle tow was the first one to answer and gave a good price. I called one more towing service after just to compare prices. Was told it would be a few hours and was charging almost double what American Eagle tow had quoted me originally. American Eagle was here in less than the time they said they would be. Driver was very polite, friendly and professional!
