I’ve used Shook Towing several times and he never fails to make a frustrating situation so much more easier. Just this past weekend I had a blown out tire and called Shook Towing for a tow downtown to a tire shop.. arrived within minutes and even gave us a ride back to the island to drop us off back home. The kindness and professionalism is beyond. Thank you for the best service always. 10/10 always recommended
I’d give a zero if I could. These guys towed my all wheel drive vehicle with the rear wheels down. I asked if that was safe and he said yes and proceeded to tow it. Sure enough destroyed the transmission. When I filed a claim he then recanted and said I told him to tow it like that. Absolutely worthless company with no morals! Hopefully karma delivers on this!
Unfortunately they couldn’t tow my car due to it sitting so slow. He did try his overall best, he also has very fair prices and was quick to arrive. Gentlemen was honest and attentive to my situation. Will definitely use them if I need a tow done again. Thank you for your honest service!

I called and he picked up immediately. He was in the middle of changing a tire and right after he came for our rescue. He was at our location within 20 minutes. We needed to get towed but he wanted to help and try to jump start our battery and it worked. Instead of taking a bigger cut for towing which was $100, it was only $50 for jump starting our battery. Richard was very professional and courteous. Got to my vehicle faster than the time quoted, hooked it up and made sure it was secure, and got it to the repair shop in a timely manner. The fee was very reasonable and payment was simple. You can tell Richard takes pride in his business.
