Took a neighbor to purchase a part needed for a vehicle, as we were parked waiting in vehicle for neighbor to make their purchase , a older man with hair in a braid wearing maroon top, beige shorts with black tennis shoes,started verbally attacking us with foul language from the yellow mechanic garage, i recorded his verbal attack and what is more upsetting is that we had toddlers in our vehicle but he still didn’t hold back I wasn’t given the option to attach my video but I have saved it for evidence. I personally don’t recommend this place👀⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️‼️‼️
Sold us an alternator for a 2018 Ford F150, first off it was a rebuilt and cost the price of a new one. With a 2 year warranty. The kicker was that the new one was locked up right out of the box. They told me that they put a plastic bushing inside that's made to break loose after the first start up! Come on, after 35 years of wrenching I've never seen an alternator that won't turn. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!
Mr Arnold is a bit eccentric!!! Because my battery is in the front fender well, the loose negative terminal was never checked. Many tows later I'm told to go somewhere else. I'm glad Because the real issue was addressed. Just a loose terminal. It's really sad because I've taken all my vehicles here for the last 5 years. No more.
