SCANDALOUS Deceptive predatory business practices. Price gouging!!! I needed a tow truck to tow my vehicle and called this business and was quoted $275. I called another tow truck company and was quoted at $165, $110 cheaper. TEXAS WRECKER SERVICE is in business to rip you off, take you to the cleaners!!! If you and/or your business is looking for any kind of Tow truck services I would avoid this business and search for another company that prices their services fairly!!!!!
He answered quickly and was willing to help. Awesome service if you ever need anything towed. He even went over 2 1/2 hours to pick up and bring back. Would definitely recommend.
Got into an accident they towed it. When I went to pick it up I was told that my license was expired it wasn't even a week expired but they would not release it to me and I didn't have time to get it done until about 2weeks or so, by then they had already took it off to another lot, refused to let me get any of my property and never seen it again . They are a Heartless bunch of people that love to ride the power trip
My car was stranded next to Mathis Texas, not a single towing in Mathis could assist. With no other option, I called Texas wrecker services. Operator dispatched the towing to my location in less than 5 minutes for a good price. Will recommend this service to anyone that needs asap assistance.
Came out on a Sunday morning to tow my junky boat with a rusted out axle. Kind and professional. Showed up within minutes and had it loaded up. And the dropped off perfectly in it's new location.

My ex-wife lied to this company stating that she was the leasing manager of my former apartment and they believed her and got my BMW 525i towed to their facility. When calling them the next morning they Validated that the lie was just that. A LIE. The incompetent manager confirmed it on the phone with me when I asked them where they were going to take it they said they were going to take it right back to where they got it from to my ex-wife’s apartment when I asked them if they can take it somewhere else where it would be safe she said and this is the manager speaking “I do not have time for this this is not our doing we are going to take it back right where we got it “she was completely unprofessional she hung up on me and she did not let me speak my piece I would not suggest this towing company to anyone they are easily tripped and will do whatever they need to do to make money.
The “manager” is named Norma. Do NOT do business with these uneducated people
Wife had a flat, spare was flat, i called this co and within 30 minutes they brought the car and my wife arrived at the tire store. I am impressed with their service

How can I give them 5-star's when they towed my car? Lol. But they are very professional and courteous. The only negative part is that they close at 5pm and there is no way to get it after hours. But either than that. Nice friendly staff.

I’m rating due to Excellent service with Norma she help me with my issue and guided me on getting me back on the road as a business owner myself it’s hard to find help like her. She was kind very respective and awesome just awesome service. Very understandable. This world would be a better place if would have people as polite as her. If you call Texas wrecker ask for Norma. Talk about professional and hassle free. Texas Wrecker has it together. Called them late in the day hoping to get my vehicle towed the next morning and they were willing to come out immediately. If not for the place i was towing it to being closed i would have taken them up on it. Kind staff and competitive rates! I love that they are a family run business that is locally owned and operated. We needed special equipment at the request of a customer in order to haul a large piece of equipment. Unfortunately a miscommunication from our customer led to the truck sent in being the wrong size. Christopher did not even bat an eye. He swapped out equipment and got our unit loaded and delivered without issue. The level of expertise and professionalism here is top notch from the office to the drivers. DO NOT mess around with anyone else. If you need a job done correctly, quickly, and affordably CHOOSE THESE GUYS!
Was told they would be there in 45 minutes to tow our one ton motor home. He got there in 42. He was very professional through the whole process and I couldn’t help but like the guy. We had to tow the motor home from Aransas Pass to Flour Bluff and were supposed to be in San Antonio after we got the motor home to the house, and because they were efficient and intelligent, we didn’t have to drop the driveshaft for the tow and made it to SA in time. I highly recommend this company and I want to say thanks to Avi for his service and quick thinking.

I will give a 1 due to the fact I know the tow services at home,I know the charges normally charged, here as well as know the normal charges for this area as I have those that have used others, apparently more than one tow company is tied up on the road for the police that's a rotation & can't help a female stranded in the middle of sticks & can not take any other calls, we have that we just know what # are in line & can handle the load, although I figure the buisness is filtered to this company, $375.00 to move 30 miles . $4.00 a mile, after hours charge $85.00 , where did ya come up with that # lady, its called distraught, hope u enjoyed being an
a$$ to me while my job/ life was flashing before my eyes & tring to gather my thoughts to figure out where I was between stick 1 & 2 in tears, no signal for maps & smoke rolling threw my vehical thinking OMG!!! My vehical was going to blow up!!! Dear lady in the office answering the phone, I wish for you what you give to others, NASTY Attitude, ya only get a 1 because your driver had excellent customer service skills, by the way may want to work on that taking a credit card , get square, it doesn't have you playing the 25 /30 minutes paying the bill , time is money in buisness, just not all bend their customers over. Some want repeat buisness,Not Cool at ALL. So u know pilot/ escorts / drivers have our goto & not to . So this along with the bill is shared to all of our sites, takes 10 goods to cover 1 bad. I was in a bad situation if not for other awesome/selfless escorts to help, not 1 stopped to help including 1 police officer that did slow down after seeing the tow truck , but kept going not entitled by any means, I HATE asking for help, BUTT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THOSE THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE & EVEN HIKE THE BILL UP AFTER!! So sad to see empathy gone, Karma is all I can say
I needed to get my vehicle from Mathis to Corpus Christi safely. Texas Towing did it and and didn't break the bank. They will definitely be my first choice to call when I need help.

Words alone cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience dealing with Texas Wrecker Company. The dispatcher and driver were very courteous, and professional. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Texas Wrecker Company to anyone needing a vehicle towed. I must also ad that my truck at the time was loaded with 80’ long pipe, putting my overall length just under 100 feet.

Awesome service, they really helped me get out of a pinch. I had a truck pulling a refer trailer broke down and the delivery had to be in Lerado before noon or the load would be rejected. They got us there in time and took my truck to the Peterbilt repair place. All for a very reasonable price. Excellent service.
I called this company because I had an abandoned vehicle in front of my place of residence, they claimed the FIRST day I called that they would be able to help me with the situation. I gave all the information requested to an individual in their dispatch dept and said I would receive a return call. I never received a call back, so I called again. Once again, I was asked for all the information, and was told they weren't going out to location that day but MAYBE the next day...once again I was told I would receive a call back. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I called the following morning and was told to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY! Not only did I find another company but I will never call this company AGAIN!!
