Dustin and Julian saved the day. My car was undrivable in a restaurant parking lot. They came to me immediately when I called and got my car to the dealership on their flatbed, as requested.

We needed our car door unlocked—it was an emergency! My boyfriend left the car on, locked the door, and went into the gas station for a soda real quick… when his key FOB decided to stopped working. No matter what button he pressed, we couldn’t get the doors open and the car was still running. We called H&H Towing/Erika’s Wrecking Service, and immediately, they sent us Brandon, who was the sweetest, most helpful person we could’ve had during such a stressful time. The whole process lasted under 40 minutes, including Brandon’s travel time to come aid us. Thank you!

This is a reasonable company ran by real people. After they towed our van from an accident, they were flexible and understanding about letting someone else come grab our things out of it. They were transparent about their pricing and policies. If you need a repair shop, use Classic Collision down the road as they work with H&H towing already. Getting in an accident and getting your vehicle towed is no fun, but if you have to use a company in Corpus Christi this is a good one.
Ever seen a car completely stalled out on a busy road and you have to go around? That was me. Sorry about that. Called for a tow and they showed up quickly and took care of getting me and the dead car out of traffic and to the shop. Much gratitude at a stressful moment.
The driver and the tow were ok. I asked the driver not to put the magnetic tow light on my hood because I just painted it, then moving my drivers seat to attach the seat belt to the steering wheel, he got my seat all greasy with heavy bearing grease, I just reupholstered the seats, so I am disappointed. I was a mechanic for 45 years and owned my own garage with tow trucks. You can’t get into people’s cars like a greasy slob, you have to take care and know what you’re doing, so the service wasn’t professional. I won’t use you guys again. Furthermore, when I called the dispatcher, she said her supervisor would contact me and he or she never did, another example of poor Corpus Christi service
Had exceptional service from Daniel! Offered a medical personal discount since I am a nurse! Very fast arrival time, driver had expert knowledge of my vehicle and was able to jumpstart my car right away! Will definitely call again for future needs!

I have never had to have my car towed, and H&H made the process so easy! From Christine the dispatcher being empathetic to my tower Zach who was kind, explained everything & got my car to the dealership safely. I would recommend H&H to anyone!!! Also, they have great pricing!
I experienced excellent service from Christine and Zach, dispatcher and operator respectively. It was quick and easy to give the necessary information over the phone and Zach arrived very quickly and was able to get the vehicle on the truck in no time. Shortly after, I got confirmation that my car was dropped off at the shop and received digital invoices making it easy and seamless.
Tonight we were stranded with one wheel off the car! And we met MR. Dustin who was our tower!!!! And Miss Christine who was our dispatcher! Both of them did an AMAZING JOB AT HELPING US!!!!

My son was in an accident near the end of his college experience 1,500 miles from. Because he no longer had a car, I had to pick him up over a weekend and of course I need to get back to work.
H&H Towing would not allow my brother in law to pick up personal belongings in the crash vehicle despite having title in hand. Only if I added my brother in law to my insurance does that prove ownership, which in my titling experience is irreverent. I guess titling in Texas doesn't matter, or H&H just wants their fee, which the insurance company will pay anyway.
Excellent all the way around. I broke down in the middle of a busy off-ramp, blocking an entire lane during rush hour traffic. H&H answered the phone right away and had someone there within minutes. The tow truck driver prioritized my eight year old sons safety by momentarily stopping another lane of traffic for him and myself to get inside the tow truck. The driver was top notch in all aspects. The price was completely reasonable. I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all which would have been easy for H&H to do with me in a vulnerable position. I would certainly recommend their services.
When I called H&H Towing it was after trying to reach my Roadside Assistance for an hour & a half. I was SO grateful when Danny Perez at H&H answered the phone - it was wonderful to speak to a real person & he was quick to get me on the list for a tow. The originally quoted 2 hour wait time was shortened to an hour, which was hugely appreciated! Brandon arrived with the tow truck and was polite, personable and efficient. He gave me a ride to my dealership and made sure my car was taken care of before leaving. Danny called to follow up, making sure the truck was arriving and that Brandon had what was needed. My family will definitely be calling H&H again! Thank you!
I unfortunately found myself with flat tire and had no idea what to do. H&H answered the phone quickly, found the closest tire shop for me and had a wrecker sent to me in 20 minutes. What should’ve been a stressful situation was made so much more pleasant because of the awesome people working at H&H. Thank yall so much!
Danny went above and beyond to get my vehicle towed exactly where it needed to go—and he did it as quickly as possible. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. leaving this review to recognize the awesome work done by Daniel, Dustin R., and Robert. Their mentality of not leaving until the job of moving 5 ton machinery into my cousin drive way was done. That's not including the cost that was more than fair for 3hrs worth of work and the need for two tow trucks!
HH Towing had great and fast service. Being stranded in Corpus from San Antonio wasn’t fun. But we were able to get our vehicle towed to a mechanic and fixed and back home! Ty Daniel.
I cannot tell you how happy I was with them! I talked to Danny first and he was so helpful then I called again and talked to the owner Daniel and he was so positive and straight forward about the situation! Finally the driver they picked for this job was Ben and my husband was over the moon pleased with Ben he was careful loading the tool box and it’s a very expensive box he took such good care of it and strapped it down well even stopped to double check it again during the drive! I will be using H&H again for hauling and highly recommend them!
Car was Down an they manage to get to me Asap Driver there super professional and there price was the cheapest to help out even more my battery was dead guy gave me a jump without me even asking to roll my windows up 5/5 will recommend to everyone I know. Jesse was my driver he was a life saver
