When I called for information and the pricing, Teresa and Danny were both helpful. My SUV was handled with care and respect by Justin, the driver. H&H Towing is a fantastic company, and I highly recommend them.
I have never had to have my car towed, and H&H made the process so easy! From Christine the dispatcher being empathetic to my tower Zach who was kind, explained everything & got my car to the dealership safely. I would recommend H&H to anyone!!! Also, they have great pricing!
I experienced excellent service from Christine and Zach, dispatcher and operator respectively. It was quick and easy to give the necessary information over the phone and Zach arrived very quickly and was able to get the vehicle on the truck in no time. Shortly after, I got confirmation that my car was dropped off at the shop and received digital invoices making it easy and seamless.
Tonight we were stranded with one wheel off the car! And we met MR. Dustin who was our tower!!!! And Miss Christine who was our dispatcher! Both of them did an AMAZING JOB AT HELPING US!!!!
A tower already denied us service but MR. dustin He was soooo calm and made sure our car gets home without any scratches!!!!!!

I had my 2012 Ford Fiesta towed with them from my apartment complex to the mechanics. From the time I called to the time the driver arrived was about 30min. I have waited for hours in the past when it comes to tow truck companies. So this was very fast in my opinion and experience. I believe that Dustin was the driver for me. When he arrived at my apartment, it was downright pouring rain. He still got out and worked to load my car in the rain and got it delivered to the mechanic in a timely manner. Fair price too for what was needed and the work performed. Would defiantly use again if I ever need a tow.
My son was in an accident near the end of his college experience 1,500 miles from. Because he no longer had a car, I had to pick him up over a weekend and of course I need to get back to work.
H&H Towing would not allow my brother in law to pick up personal belongings in the crash vehicle despite having title in hand. Only if I added my brother in law to my insurance does that prove ownership, which in my titling experience is irreverent. I guess titling in Texas doesn't matter, or H&H just wants their fee, which the insurance company will pay anyway.
Excellent all the way around. I broke down in the middle of a busy off-ramp, blocking an entire lane during rush hour traffic. H&H answered the phone right away and had someone there within minutes. The tow truck driver prioritized my eight year old sons safety by momentarily stopping another lane of traffic for him and myself to get inside the tow truck. The driver was top notch in all aspects. The price was completely reasonable. I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all which would have been easy for H&H to do with me in a vulnerable position. I would certainly recommend their services.
When I called H&H Towing it was after trying to reach my Roadside Assistance for an hour & a half. I was SO grateful when Danny Perez at H&H answered the phone - it was wonderful to speak to a real person & he was quick to get me on the list for a tow. The originally quoted 2 hour wait time was shortened to an hour, which was hugely appreciated! Brandon arrived with the tow truck and was polite, personable and efficient. He gave me a ride to my dealership and made sure my car was taken care of before leaving. Danny called to follow up, making sure the truck was arriving and that Brandon had what was needed. My family will definitely be calling H&H again! Thank you!

leaving this review to recognize the awesome work done by Daniel, Dustin R., and Robert. Their mentality of not leaving until the job of moving 5 ton machinery into my cousin drive way was done. That's not including the cost that was more than fair for 3hrs worth of work and the need for two tow trucks!

Thank you so much for your service. Very helpful and affordable had a 30 mile tow since I was traveling across to the island and I’m in calallen. Woke up his driver and overall the entire process was smooth, obviously an inconvenience however they went above and beyond by contacting the tire shop before hand and giving a heads up on my details.

HH Towing had great and fast service. Being stranded in Corpus from San Antonio wasn’t fun. But we were able to get our vehicle towed to a mechanic and fixed and back home! Ty Daniel.
I cannot tell you how happy I was with them! I talked to Danny first and he was so helpful then I called again and talked to the owner Daniel and he was so positive and straight forward about the situation! Finally the driver they picked for this job was Ben and my husband was over the moon pleased with Ben he was careful loading the tool box and it’s a very expensive box he took such good care of it and strapped it down well even stopped to double check it again during the drive! I will be using H&H again for hauling and highly recommend them!
