VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Very rude old lady and do not use this service! She makes up prices out of her own head and very hard to work with ! Worst customer service ALICE TEXas 0 stars ! So rude and claims she makes the prices bc itβs her business
My nephew was in an accident and Cindy and her employees were very helpful in the process of retrieving the truck and helpful in me getting the payment to them from over 500 miles away. This was our first time dealing with a situation like this and they were informative helpful and compassionate. Thank you for taking care of us and our needs we appreciate yalls help, time, and patience. May God bless yall and yours.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! We attempted to pay our tow bill but Cynthia, the owner, said her credit card machine is down and cash was her only payment method. Because we use company credit cards we could not pay any other way. Cynthia said that her credit card machine being down was not her problem and that if we "wanted to play hard ball, let's play." WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. Please make sure to file a formal complaint against them on the TDLR website.
