Tara is always amazing and helpful everytime I visit the yard. Today not only was she running office and scale she was grading and weighing on small scale. Ive not ever heard a complaint from her . She is always wearing a welcoming smile. Someone needs to give this woman a raise she is a master multi tasker.
Love this place and the employees! They employees are always so eager to help me every time I go here. Their prices are fair and the employees are attentive and help me whenever I am there. The female employee is the best! She makes each customer feel like they are long lost friends and helps in any way she can. I was there one Saturday and I was running late (they close at 1) and she even made them keep the gate open for me!
Wish the old owners would never have sold. Everything ran so much smoother and on top of that I guess you better call before you go. This is the second time I have loaded up our air conditioner scraps to take over there and they have been closed when by their sign on the front gate they should be open. This is the most irritating thing that I hate more than anything when a business does this. If it’s a emergency I can understand but several times and being a scrap yard you should be open the times you have posted on your gates
This place is extremely loud, and disturbs the entire neighborhood including pre-dawn hours and weekends. Also there is often noxious fumes from them burning things Huge eyesore and source of noise pollution.

My husband just want to this place today , the lady was very rude to him . 5 big bag of cans and she gave him $20 he told her that doesn’t sound right and she had the nerve to tell him he needs to go drink more beer . My husband is a senior citizen he worked his whole life at one job and to get treated this way .
Very good scrap yard, never had a problem and would recommend this place to everybody. Idk why other people are talking bad about them, but I’ve been here a thousand times and never go anywhere else. Five star scrap yard hands down.
The employees and owner of this company were outstanding in their commitment and process of cleaning up over 500,000 lbs of scrap. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Man I don't no what the other guys experience was, but I was late one evening!!! They was about to leave, closed!! I had a trailer load of junk, I was broke out of ⛽!! Before I could say a word the owner told, me where I could park!!!

Terrible customer service. The owner came outside screaming at me and throwing her hands up because I ran over an extension cord that was ran across the weight scales. She was also very mad that I came a few minute before noon on Saturday although I called before hand telling her that I would be there right around 12, at which point she told me “well you better be here by 12 because I do not wait on anybody”. Only paid $3 per 100 lbs for a scrap vehicle weighing 7,500 lbs. Save your time and go to Johns Iron and Metal.
