Robert Jr was AMAZING! A different company came out yesterday with a smaller truck and couldn’t get it towed and he came out this morning and in less time, knew what he was doing and got it up on the truck!! Highly recommend!!
We were waiting on the road for another towing company (they scammed me; they never showed up), and Robert Jr, suddenly, appeared asking what had happened. He saved the day with an effective service. It was a really good price in comparison to others. I would recommend this service if someone needs it.
Jesse Haas came to tow my car. He was absolutely great. He communicated when he would arrive and he arrived right on time. He quickly put the vehicle into tow and brought it to the tire shop.
He was thoroughly professional and courteous.
Sam was my tow truck driver and was very knowledgeable and helpful; he had a great attitude and polite. He not only delivered our truck safely, but entered our information into the dealership as well as dropped off keys and took pictures of everything.
Best towing company I’ve ever used. I have a lowered sports car and the Tow truck driver Robert Jr. took care of it better than I would’ve. I was pinched on time to get it done and Allpoints towing had the lowest rate as well of any other quotes I got. Will definitely go through them again, and I can’t thank Robert Jr. enough. Great guy.

Michael came and towed me out of a.hole and I thought for sure my bumper would be damaged, but he knew how to get it out carefully and my car stayed completely intact! He was so kind and polite and carefully evaluated the situation before starting to move the car. Thank you!
John from Allpoints Towing came out to tow my Jeep after my driveshaft busted. He arrived to me quickly, probably a half hour after me calling for assistance. He loaded up my Jeep in no time and we were on our way back to my house. Thanks John! 10/10 would call again
I was having a horrible night trying to communicate to the 3rd party vendor my location. Also, my cellphone's charge was very low and the vendor kept trying to get me to download an app that I could not do. Very frustrating. When John came, everything got better for me. He was able to replace my tire with a spare instead of towing me home. When the others decline or cancel on me at 3am.
Whenever you are in need of help, you pray that someone like John shows up. John is an awesome tow driver. Great job!!!!
Raymond was great. I got stuck in the mud at 7pm at work and he was there within 20 minutes of me calling him. He was very professional and took the time to make a safe recovery plan. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any towing or recovery needs.
Raymond arrived on time, was kind and understanding of the situation, and very professional. He attempted to get the car restarted before towing to the dealership. Nothing worked so he delivered it as directed.
Raymond at Allpoints is the best! He tows for our collision shop and is always dependable and on time. We repair high end vehicles and can trust that Raymond will treat our customers with respect and handle their vehicles with care! His prices are fair and his service outstanding.
They take advantages of people. My broker called them to move my truck to Freeport Texas, I don’t know the issue he had with Allpoints towing LLC. They towed my truck to their yard and refused releasing the truck. I called them to resolve the issue but they insisted i should pay them $1,500.
I pleaded for price reduction, they refused. I requested for them to load the truck on the deck they asked for extra $750 just to load the truck.
No no, they are not professional. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. They are just after money.
Bad customer service, rude and extort money from people especially if they know you are far from the USA.
Run away from this company. That’s my advice.

I cannot say enough of how appreciative I am to Allpoints Towing. I had a flat tire in my driveway today. I called my Road Assistance (State Farm / Verizon) that I have been paying for for over 25 years. I called at 2:30. Two services said they were coming, but after hours of waiting they cancelled. Finally, State Farm called Allpoints. They were here within 1/2 hour and changed my tire in 20 minutes. The guy was so sweet.
They were quick, and considerate with the service explaining what they were able to do and couldn’t do professionally. When the donut I had to attempt to get on my car was discovered to be unable to fit, they were able to get me a quick tow to the nearest autoshop. Despite coming out on a roadside service for my insurance; they offered to tow me as a solution at no cost once the donut was found to not work. Robert and Andy were amazing helpful and courteous throughout the experience.
John just came out and helped me when I Had to call my Lincoln roadside assistance because I locked myself out. The new Lincoln’s are extremely smart and almost impossible to get open. That’s a good thing for me most days! But in this scenario John worked tirelessly and even when I finally tried to send him home and went back inside I got a call from him five minutes later letting me know he had gotten it open for me. I watched how difficult this car was to open and I appreciate him never giving up. He could’ve easily gone on his way As I tried to send him. I highly recommend all points and I will be keeping their number on hand for the future

The driver, Malcolm, was AMAZING! He came with such good spirits, offered me water, and got my car hooked up in 5 seconds after a previous tow company came with two different trucks and said they couldn’t tow it for various reasons. (The first guy said he couldn’t tow it because it’s 4wd, the second truck couldn’t tow it because the parking break wouldn’t disengage). I told Malcolm this and he chuckled, and had my car on its way to the shop in 5 seconds. Great guy, great attitude, thanks Malcolm!
I'm so grateful for Allpoints towing service! I'm a full-time student , I live alone & I'm struggling to pay tuition along with all my other bills. Some days I feel such defeat, but I never expected my car to stall out on me on I-45 near the Woodlands Pkwy exit during rush hour. It's a scary feeling to be broke down on the highway with only 20$ in your wallet. I was only 9 minutes away from home. I prayed & shortly after, George, from All Points towing was at my window. I explained everything to him & he helped me by towing my car home free of charge! It is the best feeling in the world to get a helping hand when everything falls apart. Great overall experience. The tow driver, George, was professional and communicative throughout the process. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us retrieve our property after the car's electrical system failed and the locks stopped working. I was passing through Houston yesterday heading back to Dallas and had vehicle trouble that required a tow. I called my RSA company and they connected me with All Points. The lady (didn’t get her name) working the dispatch was so nice and kept me informed every step of the way until my driver, Chris, got to me. Let me tell you about Chris…he was the nicest, kindest person and helped me when I needed it the most. He even called after I got my repairs to make sure I was safely back on the road. I cannot express what that meant to me. He restored my faith in humanity.
I was extremely impressed with Terry at All Points. He was polite and courteous. I have had several bad experiences in the past with towing companies and their very poor attitudes. This experience was different. Terry was extremely nice and professional. He (and the owner) worked with me to allow me to regain possession of my vehicle. When I received my vehicle, nothing was missing or rummaged through. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a towing service.
It’s never fun to be in a situation such as getting struck by lightning in your mini van with kids in tow. Thankfully All Points was happy to tow my car to their lot until I could get a hold of insurance. Andy and Terry helped my bad situation taken care with ease. Andy talked us through what would happen next after he loaded my car up! I loved that he took the time to do that and also made sure I had a business card to contact them! Terry helped me deal with the body shop to get my car over to them with ease! These guys really care about the costumer! I never thought I would be so thankful to write a 5 star review for a tow company however these guys are great! If your ever in a bad car situation call all points they will be as nice to you as Mater is for Ottis in the movie cars!
