Wow! What service!! To begin, they were prompt to respond to my phone call. He stepped me through the process of obtaining the tow, and was up front with the fee. When Josh, our super hero boat captain arrived, he respectfully commanded the situation, explaining the process. When we arrived at the boat ramp, again, Josh respectfully told us he would be putting us on the trailer. I will use the word impressive, but it isn’t a grand enough word to cover it. Josh clearly has extensive knowledge, skills and talents with his craft. When you need a tow, something has obviously gone wrong—-but contacting this company to come to our rescue kept an unfortunate situation from getting worse. Thanks!

Twice the Rescue, Five-Star Service!
Montgomery Marine Towing & Salvage on Lake Conroe came to our rescue not once—but twice—in less than a month! Both times, Josh was our tow boat captain, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
Josh recognized us the second time around and immediately lightened the mood with a friendly joke. It was exactly what we needed to take the edge off a stressful situation. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and sense of humor made a huge difference.
He was quick to respond, arrived promptly, and handled our boat with the utmost care. We always felt safe and well taken care of. Friendly, reliable, and professional service from start to finish.

Mike and his team have been outstanding. They are honest, fair, dependable, punctual, knowledgeable, cordial, pleasant, intelligent, well-equipped, highly resourceful, and very, very experienced at what they do. They provided the service for us when it was needed most and worked in a deliberate and professional manner.
Mike’s prices are reasonable for the services performed. You will not get a better price if you shop around. He goes out of his way to be thorough and doesn’t make you feel like he is doing you a favor or like he has to do your job quickly to get on to the next one. He lets you know what he will do before he starts and if there are options those are explained. He will also voice his opinion of the options when he has them. He cares about you and your boat!
Day or night, Mike’s number is in my speed dial. I don’t like to have to call him out because that means there is a problem. However when I do make the call, I know I’m going to feel great at the end of his visit.
If you need help with your boat on Lake Conroe, Mike is the one to call; the only one to call.
Made the most of needing a tow on a holiday weekend. He came quickly and even helped us get loaded onto our trailer… got the boat looked at and we were back at it the next day! Highly recommend for any boat tow needs.
This company has made the experience of needing a tow unusually pleasant! Going against local maritime industrial tradition: they tend to be early, efficient, and fast. The current captains are experienced down-to-earth enjoyable people. I honestly feel like I have a bond with their dispatch staff because of the level of care and rapport they give. I would use again.

Captin Josh saved our butt. He went above and beyond to get us all the way back to our boat slip safe. We lost power and were stuck a long way from our slip at 105 Marina. Only thing he cared about was our safety. If stuck on Lake Conroe use these people.
These guys blocked the boat ramp on one side while the boat they towed was blocking the other side of the ramp. Three trailers of boats waiting. Very inconsiderate.
Mike got us today we had an issue with our tow annual coverage account but main thing was he was able to get this 22” pontoon back to the slip safely!!!
Great service. That ol 2 stroke motor aint been nothing but problems. Luckily I called TowBoat US when I was stuck on the lake, they got there within 30min from the other side of the lake. Towed me back to the dock and even helped me load the boat on the trailer. Well worth the money.
He towed my stalled pontoon boat approximately 3miles from marina to marina. He charged tow boat US $450. He told them that he had to pull my boat off of a sandbar. Another time he caused damage when he hit my boat while towing. When confronted, he showed me a different color boat and said it couldn’t have been him. He had 2 different color boats. Both orange, but different shades. He is a scam artist. BEWARE!!
Captain Brett was a sight for sore eyes when we were stuck 3 miles from our marina at 1 am on a Saturday night. Super friendly and while it is a decent chunk of money, it's comparable to towing a car if you consider the time it takes to get across the water at tow speed. Thank you for waking up and saving us when there was no one else around.

Beware of pricing. High lake levels floated my 18' boat off of it's slip. It beached a few houses down. Lewis towing got to it first and towed it away, billing me over $400 to get it back the next day. Reasonable? NO
One of the best boating experiences we have ever had(considering some minor engine failure). During a recent outing on our 24' Cabin Cruiser on Lake Conroe we experienced some engine failure and needed a tow back to our marina and let me tell you TowBoat US the only way to go. Excellent Service, very knowledgeable, friendly and very customer service focused staff. Mike was so over the top with making sure my wife and I were taken care of as well the safety and integrity of our boat. Never have I seen someone take care to make sure our boat was clear from underneath and explained everything he doing, we had some very rough waters to navigate back through and he handled both our boat and his with expert knowledge including guiding us on the trailer. All we can say is you made what could be a really bad experience a Sunday walk in the park.
