Great location, good price, and solid breakfast. Rooms were fine, felt a little dated and hot water didn't work one day. All things considered I'd come back again next time I'm in town.
Had a great few nights stay here, and the team have been brilliant, nothing too much.
Rakesh has been brilliant, just wish all Hilton hotels had a Rakesh, then all hotels would get a 5 * review.
Next time in Woodlands, will be staying here.
Positive: It was clean, nice, well kept, people were courteous Negative: Only thing was no umbrellas or shade at the pool. Made it impossible to use- it’s HOT in Texas in July. An umbrella or two would solve this.

I just don’t understand why they charge guest for the parking lot.
The hotel was having internet connectivity issues but the staff was very kind and patience trying to fix it.
Excellent service from hotel staff. Special thanks to Veronica and cheff Fernando Huerta for their kind attention during our staying at the hotel. I am attaching a picture from the delicious pancakes prepared by the chef. I strongly recommend this hotel and hopefully I can return back soon.
Comfy beds. Great shower. View of the pool. Friendly staff! Elema was very friendly and extremely helpful in telling me about the area. I was in town for a show and easily walked from my hotel to Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Close to the mall. I highly recommend it!
They charge $15 a night to park that was not part of or mentioned in the total when I made the reservation! It’s just another way to make money! I don’t pay to park in the parking lot for a grocery store or dept store or dr office etc so why should I be charged to park where I spend the night!
Mattress was not good either. Great location but won’t stay there next month when we go to Houston
