Edit* yeah.... so if your car gets towed, you can only pick it up between these hours. This is so they can tack on fees. They can tow 24 hours, but you can't come get your car 24 hours..racket.
Saturday open time is 8 am. They arrived at 9. These scum of the earth have a super nice black GMC sierra elevation model with pink license plates HNYBDGR. In case your wondering why the fees are so high so that for you to get your car back so you can work and provide for your family. That’s what they do with your money.
Another victim of this dump. Poor towing practices. If you have the displeasure of dealing with this company, I feel for you. They have unethical contracts with apartment complex to pray on its residents. Do rounds in the middle of the night without request and tow residents cars.
Management is horrible and whoever is at the front desk has no manners or education to deal with the public.
I hope those bad people will get the payback they deserve.
This company illegally remove my vehicle from a parking spot in a parking complex from my mothers spot in which we were in the middle of getting our children from her house and purposely drove off while still on the premises and making contact with us. The driver Claimed he did not “see” us but looked me in the face as I waved him down. We flagged and yelled down for this person to stop. We had to get into our mother vehicle from visitors and chase him down in which he than laughed in our face when explaining. The driver could have had us at least pay the drop fee. Instead he made us drive 20 mins following him just so he could charge us $340 when we could have just paid for the drop fee. We reported this company to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation after not only seeing the results of others experience but the interaction we experience with them as well. Companies towing vehicles purposely around Christmas time is absolutely inconsiderate and ignorant when it could have been a smooth process. We even called the authorizes to file a complaint so we could follow through with reporting people like this because these are the same type of folks who would want others to be “understanding” and do the same for them but do not reciprocate. They were trying to take advantage. Watch out for people like this
This tow company uses contracts with leasing complexes Condos, Apartments to randomly enter gated communities under darkness late at night without being called and without the property owners knowledge each time and tow vehicles of resident's that have a rental contract and causing damage to undercarriage’s . Beware of signing a lease with any property that has signs by Quick Tow.
Yall suck for towing my car, BUT the lady at the front was super nice and I really enjoyed talking to her. IM GIVING YALL FIVE STARS FOR THE LADY THAT HELPED ME. Also yall are really gonna tow me for a shitty parking job? Also I thought my car was stolen bc there was no note. I have been trying to get my car since one pm it is 4:38 pm as I’m typing this I was supposed to be at work at 3pm I left to get cash after already waiting while no one is here for half an hour and once I got back to pay for my car there was no one there the lady on the phone told me it would be an hour before anyone gets back their very unprofessional

I was illegally towed from the ALYS apartment complex on New Years Day. I have dash cam footage that shows where I parked at 4:30 am. The pictures this company has of my car is in a red zone at 6:00am. So they moved my car into a red zone and then took pictures of it in order to profit the $325 I had to pay to get my car back (which seems unusually high for a tow company release fee anyway). The only argument they could make is that I must of moved my car into a red zone in that hour and a half time frame... but why would I move my car a couple hundred feet into an illegal area?? The next video on my dash cam is of me pulling out of their tow yard. Hopefully that dash cam footage is enough for the Justice of the Peace and I will get my money back. This company should be shut down for fraudulent business practices.
Prompt, professional, no wrecker is affordable but they are a necessity when needed. My driver was very nice and responsive to my questions. Quick tow is all i know and think of when i need a to get towed

Had to use this service today because someone was blocking my garage. There are signs posted everywhere around this complex telling residents and visitors to park in their designated spaces. This individual chose to ignore those signs and inconvenience someone else. The wrecker arrived and quickly removed the vehicle so I could finally get in my garage. He was a very nice and professional man. I would recommend this service to others.

I a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran, Amputee to be exact.. My car was Towed from my apartment complex in the middle of the night cause I was Parked in the Blue like I always am. Due to the new Texas Laws I need to the The ♿ symbol as well as the DV tags. I went to get my car and the lady at checkout was very nice and understanding . Gave me $50 off so it was $274 . I told her to buy something nice with that money so at least one of us has a killer and Kickass Friday! Lol.Within 2p mins I received a text apologizing for the tow and gave me a full refund. By law didn't have to. But a very respectful and patriotic company did the compassionate and understanding thing. Great service and thankful for the end result

I came home from work tonight, around 11:30 pm to see someone parked in my Paid parking spot at my complex. So i made a call and Harold aka "HarryToE" 😂 as he said people call him lol. My car was towed for being parked on the line in my apartment complex. The owner did come till afterwards to look at the photos after I was denied to show her during a FaceTime call. The LADY I dealt with said we couldn’t take pictures which wasn’t the case. Also I got yelled at because I was having a conversation with the owner over ft while the transaction was taken placed. She didn’t agree with the facts so it made her very upset. At all cost whether you release your name or not being professional with a customer is a must. Once I being to sign some of my documents I asked her exactly what did something mean and she ignore me and told me read it again and sign it. I do not recommend this business and lesson was very much learned. I hope you learn how to handle customers because being rude won’t bring you customers.

What a scam! These folks towed my daughter's jeep and when we drove 45 minutes through horrible traffic- it's in a residential area - we arrived at an empty business. When we called the number on the building, we were told someone would be there "within the hour." This was at 4 in the afternoon! 55 minutes later, the woman arrived and charged my daughter $300 for keeping her jeep for 16 hours. SCAMMY, SCUMMY FOLKS!
The only 24/7 tow truck company around me that actually answered the phone at 3am. My roomie was locked out of his car, the driver (Jeremy I think?) called me within 5 minutes for our location, made it to us in 10, unlocked the car in about 1.5. 😂 affordable, quick, and friendly! I would leave zero or negative stars if I could. This is a terrible company. My apartment complex’s parking lot floods during big rain events. During this latest flash flooding, several of us had to park illegally to avoid getting water in our vehicles. These jerks came out in the middle of the flood warnings to tow our vehicles. I had to pay $300 to get my car back. We wouldn’t have parked that way except for the weather and to avoid having our cars flood. They didn’t even wait for the rain event to be over to give us a chance to move our cars. They towed in the middle of a flash flood warning. COMPLETE SCUMBAGS!!!!!
NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!! I spoke with a woman on the phone who I could hardly understand. Her English was almost unintelligible, paired with the fact she was mumbling. When I asked her to repeat herself she became irate. Waited nearly two hours for someone to show up at their location. I called around every half hour to ask when someone would arrive. It was dark outside and I was alone, so I became concerned that no one would show up. The woman told me “Don’t worry, the raccoons will keep you safe”, and was not given an eta An old behemoth of a man arrived and started shouting at me. Presumably, because the woman on the phone indicated to the man that I was bothering her. These people are very rude and unprofessional. I implore you to not use their services.
This place was a life saver. My son locked my keys in my car while it was running. It was just starting rush hour traffic so I was very concerned. They said it would be 20 - 45 minutes. The very friendly gentlemen arrived at my location in 20 minutes!!! I will defiantly keep them in my contacts just in case I ever have another emergency.
