They claim to have bent the license plates but I got toll road charges from march 1st to the end of march. If you’re gonna be a trash car service you need to do better and not lie to your customers about parting out the car cause clearly you’re using the car. If it continues I will be taking action upon this. I have 2 kids and don’t need to be sitting there having to pay the charges when we trusted you to trash the car . You guys done used over 20$ of my money in toll roads that could have went towards food for my family. This is a ridiculous amount of stress that we don’t need . Oh he commented on this to fix the situation situation was not fixed because he didn’t remove the license plates and claims he doesn’t have the car. He did pay us the tolls however that doesn’t fix much with the ongoing issue of the car being used that’s still in my name . I will be reporting them to the better business Berau because I called another company that takes trash cars and they told me he was supposed to remove the license plates. So make sure if your gonna go to them that you know your not only gonna get scammed but your going to get screwed over. You guys are wrong for what you did . Especially to people who have kids and shouldn’t have to worry about this. I’m gonna assume we aren’t the only ones he’s done this to so BEWARE before you call them to take your car. Just cause we sold it to you with license plates doesn’t mean that you use it in my name. We could have handled this at the dmv or you could have been honest with us from the start but instead you said what you said in the text message you obviously know who has the car your the one that sold it. Do right by people if your gonna be a business.
I made a phone call to this company, and the phone was answered promptly. He asked a few questions, and I sent him pictures of the vehicle. I was needing a quote for. He responded back in a couple of hours with a quote. He was prompt, professional, and very polite. I ended up selling the vehicle to a neighbor, Wanted to leave a review to promote his business. He gave me a fair price, but my neighbor really wanted my vehicle, so I sold it to him.
Very nice people and he showed up and got it done and quick and gave me a better price then I was honestly thinking I would get out of the many places I called honestly he'll have any future business I need done for now on thanks y'all.
Ron is a very honest man which is hard to find these days. I called him late one evening he gave me fair price over the phone. Ron showed up when he said he would. Pulled right up to the car loaded it up on his trailer. Paid me what he said he would. Unlike those crappy online companies. That try get over on you. They were very unprofessional. Ron owns and operates this business. He does all the leg work. He gave me a fair quote for my old car, which I knew I wasn't going to get much, but he explained to me clearly and made sense. He gave me next day pick up (no fee of course) at a reasonable hour. On the day of he called me to let me know that it would be earlier, which was awesome because we my wife and I had some errands to run. He was punctual, to the point, and man of his word on the money and pick up. Overall, I am very pleased with his company!
We were looking to get rid of my old car and although we didn't sell to them I wanted to leave a review because it's hard to find honest people in the world. After giving them the specifics of my car, they let us know that our car was too valuable to be sold to a junkyard (including them) and recommened us a couple of used dealerships. We called the dealership he recommended and got my car sold same day. The point is, that he was honest. Which is hard to find in people nowadays. If you do indeed have a JUNK car that you want to get rid of I would recommend this junkyard.
I’ve called multiple times just to be left on voicemail immediately, you think after so many good reviews it would be exciting to have help but instead I was very disappointed
I had called another company to come and get my car, we set a date and a time, and then the time was moved forward an hour. This resulted in a new driver being assigned and he was also another hour away. I canceled the entire transaction and looked for a local junk car buyer. These guys were at my house literally within 30 minutes, bought my car and took it off within an hour of calling. They were fast, friendly, and arrived exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend.
