Slinky's Wrecker JunkYard in New Caney (TX)

We had a blowout over an hour away from home at night and Roger came immediately and helped get out vehicle full of children off the highway until our family member came with a spare tire. He was very patient and courteous with our family. He went through all measures to ensure our safety.

These guys are amazing. They definitely changed my mind about what to think about a towing company. They were courteous professional and very inexpensive. I would highly recommend them to anyone needs any towing needs. James did a great job!!

Stand Up group of people. My tire blew out on the side of 69N and Roger came to pick me up on his day off. Slinky and Roger were incredibly helpful and ill definitely call them again if i need em. (lets hope no tho for my sake) Thanks again guys.

Van wouldn't start yesterday spent all day pricing tow trucks to get me van home. This was the cheapest price out there. Also the guy came within 20 minutes during school zone traffic. Got my vehicle home safely and will definitely use them if this occurs again .

These guys held my equipment trailer at their lot saying they couldn't locate a VIN. I sent them all of my documentation proving ownership and after a few weeks they told me I could pick up my trailer charging me $980!!! As soon as I got there, I immediately saw the VIN they claimed they couldn't find stamped right into the tongue of the trailer. CROOKS and LOWLIFES

They wanted me to pay $400 & something for less than 1 day and wouldn't let me get my purse out of it that had my ID and SS card, my Bank Card. I needed these things so I could make arrangements to get my car. By the time I got replacements the cost to get it out was more than I could afford. The lady that let me get only my coin purse out was very unprofessional and very rude to me. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I have a 2015 sublime green challenger that was in a wreck called Rocky to come pick up my car and take it to the dealership for me. I love it when I can call someone and didn't have to worry about my car being messed up. This is my dream car and they did a wonderful job taking care of me.

I needed help with a friend who's cat locked him out of his SUV while left loose inside. They were here within minutes. Great reasonably priced service.

They get one star because zero stars isn't possible. When my wife was pregnant, she broke down only a couple of miles from home. She had our toddler in the car and I was across town on business, so she called our roadside assistance and they sent these guys. It took him over an hour to get to Porter (???) and the driver had the nerve to complain about the distance, THEN demand $20 extra ON TOP of what he was being paid by the roadside assistance company, or else he was going to leave my top-heavy (very pregnant) wife on the side of the road in the heat with no place to sit or cool off. After an extremely short tow, this jerk had the nerve to act put out and belligerent because she wrote a check payable to Slinky for the $20 instead of giving him cash that he could just pocket for his beer money. My wife had no choice because they are who was sent, but if you have a choice USE SOMEONE ELSE. They take unethical advantage of people in distress, even pregnant women with toddlers who are stranded in the heat.

Called early in the am trying to get vehicle home broke down they were very fast. Got vehicle home and was able to get girlfriend get me to work and she got back on time for her job. Thank you very much price was very fair

My mother locked her keys in her truck at new caney Walmart I called them and dispatcher was very nice lady and she had the driver there within 5 min the driver was very respectful and took him only 1 minute to get in and the price was very reasonable compare to others I called thank you so much for your great service

These guys got to me in 10 minutes and had me squared away quickly. They don’t mess around. Service cost didn’t hurt and they were nice guys.

terrible drivers flat bed tow truck cuts me off at 80 mph with less than a 2 car gap easily going 90-100mph dangerous and a road menace
