This place was very helpful knowledgeable bought a rear end for my truck. Here they took the old one out put the new one in able to pick it back up in one day I will be continued to buy my used parts and having them do the work to put them back on. The prices for parts and labor is very very reasonable.

I called to confirm you had a part and gave me a price I show up 45 min. Later and I'm told they don't have it..... That's poor business practice to have someone drive across town to be lied to about having a part.
Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. They helped me out of a tough spot at 4:45 on a Friday night. Prices very reasonable. I highly recommend Dixie.
They always treat me fair. I have used them several times. I also recommend them a lot. I see some negative reviews about waiting. Look for yourself. They are busy. I find what I need. I let them know, and if it's going to take a while, they will call me when it's ready. I own a business too and I know how frustrating it can be when people don't want to understand that sometimes things take time
I own a shop, and im always looking to support local businesses, but i can't never buy anything from this place. They are overpriced, and they just don't want my business. I used to go there for convenience.
They wanted to charge $20 for a plug that i found at O'Reilly for $9.00
Today, he just flat out told he doesn't do business with me.
For what i read, he just had it against my business.

Cannot recommend this place enough. We called 15 minutes before close, they found what we needed for a school project and made arrangements for us to pick it up same day because it was time sensitive. Super nice people, very accommodating. So thankful we made the call to Dixie. We'll keep y'all in mind!
My husband needed a part for his work truck that was a little difficult to find. Unfortunately dixies didn't have but they got on the phone and found another place that did for us. Very helpful and would recommend to everyone.
They are pretty good just a bit smaller level then the others in town but seem organized and courteous. Just didn't have what I needed and that's the only reason I didn't give the five stars.
I'm a single female who don't know a lot about mechanics or parts these guys always take care of me they have fair prices explain things to me give me advice they also work on cars there and put the motor in my truck. I highly rate them if you need parts you should check there first before spending high-dollar at the auto parts store.
Sold me the wrong part but he also promised me that he would find me one from somewhere. And came through as promised! all because he knew that I was without transportation. He's even gonna deliver it to me free of charge!!! If you don't call that good business I'm not sure what is.... Thanks!!
Expensive. $35 for a used mirror. $1.50 charge on a $35 part for using a card. Plus tax. Quick service tho. Paying $100 or $200 for a whole car then charging $35 for just the mirror. Maybe there just aren't that many parts to sell off of a car. idk anyhow I probably will see y'all again. I haven't bought anything from a salvage yard in awhile maybe prices have gone up. I did get good service.
Uncommon great service. Spent day and a half hunting down a 30 year old part when finally I called this place. Eduardo patiently listened to me explain my problem and describe what I was looking for. He even called me back and texted several times for clarity and more details while he went about his search to find what I needed. Even texted pics of what he found. I ended up getting the exact obsolete part I needed and although this place is more than 50 miles from my home this kind of personal service has secured me as a loyal customer. Kudos for a job done very well and thank you.
The guys here helped me when I was in a hurry to get to a appointment. Not only did they pull parts for me quickly but they made it affordable too. I will continue to use Dixie as long as they are around. Thank you guys for helping get my A/C working.
I was at Dixie auto picking up a part for a friend. They refused to take payment over the phone after agreeing to do before we went to pick up the part. The guy helping us was rude and he opened the car door and removed the part when he fund out how we were going to pay. So after a cash app zap we paid with our debit card. He charged us 3% and then he taxed the 3% for using a credit card. When payment was received he gave the parg to a child who brought it to the car and dropped it on the seat though the open window. I have rarely seen such rude treatment and will not do business here again
Very pleased when they do have the parts we need available. However, our recent visit we called and were assured to pickup the requested auto part. When we arrived an front desk emolyee told us the part wasn't available because they didn't have the car model at their yard at all. This was a waste of time for us and inconvenient for us to be going back and forth.
Best parts place I’ve ever delt with. Very knowledgeable when it comes to getting the right part for the right price. I see one person said they are to high on pricing, guess he thinks everything should be free I guess. They have what I need or find it when I need it, very polite staff, and all around great customer service.
Went in looking for a spare tire. I asked the guy at the counter which he said to go through and ask the guy outside. We asked the employee that was disassembling a vehicle that the other guy sent us to him. We told him what we were looking for and without saying anything he just started looking around. After about 5 mins he just went back to what he was doing without saying anything. I understand if he was busy but the least he could've done was say hey I'm not sure but feel free to look around or something. Needless to say we didnt find what we were looking for and left a little confused.
Very friendly, family ran business. Fair priced, didn't feel like I was being overcharged. They pulled the parts for us and even carried them out to my truck.would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 times!!
In a tight spot after this hurricane. I was looking at paying an arm and a leg for my altima. Found these guys by luck of Google search. Friendly, fast, efficient and had exactly what I needed.
