Hood latch screws backed their way out on my Jeep, they grabbed a pair of bolts and immediately had them installed. Easily best service in town.

I was on a family trip, first time driving through rockdale and had a flat on the flatbed trailer on a Sunday. Called all the tire shops and yes they were closed. Seen that Napa was opened and sold tires, so we were like let’s buy a tire, the staff was awesome, sold me a tire and let me use a jack, and then the amazing thing happened. They changed my tire out so I could continue my trip home....I own my own business and that’s true customer service...AAAAA+++++ to NAPA in Rockdale.

They don't pick up the phone when you call them it's terrible service would not recommend ever going here again

Uhhmm wow! I’ve never had a better experience at a tire shop. Had a single rear tire blow out on a dually box truck. Called and verified they had the right size tire. Arrived at 1:00pm, they got to work immediately and I was back on the road with a new tire by 1:20pm. Very grateful for and impressed with the quick turnaround time.

The owner, and staff are super helpful. Very rarely is what I want not in stock. There prices are great and their service is excellent. My first stop for anything automotive or even farm equipment related.

Tyrone Sparks purchased a starter in Feb 2022 with a 3yr warranty and it broke in April 2022, and now they won't honor it. Hella va service.

Great place to get wide variety of auto and lawn tool parts. They are happy to locate any part thats not in stock and order them as well. They also do tire repair as well as, mounting and balancing sets of tires.

We came in to replace an old battery, staff was super willing to help and knew what they were doing. They changed the battery out quickly but the car wouldn't start, tried a couple quick fixes and finally realized we had blown a fuse by jumping it beforehand. The manager even came out personally to help diagnose the problem. They replaced the fuse and got us back on the road. Will be back for sure. 👍
