I bought a motor for $700 at keesee I'll call him to let him know that the motor was not good I'm disabled how about this morning back around March or April it took me almost 3 months to save up so I can get a mechanic to fix my car yesterday at the mechanic told me that the coils were bad on it.. the lady this morning that I'll talk to you he was so rude he told me to go to hell and this is not the first time I hear people buying bad motors and they won't do nothing about it but you got to be careful
Absolutely horrible to deal with. I talked to them on Friday about an engine. They said they had and was available. Tried getting the Vin number for them to do a mileage verification called times over four days trying to get the Vin number so I could get it to my customer. Nobody ever answering and then they finally get back to me after calling five times a day and they said they’ve sold the engine. Absolutely horrible to deal with absolutely horrible customer service.
To get parts it's ok, just make sure before you leave its correct because they are not very knowledgeable in what they're selling to you. Their customer service is very poor from the moment you walk in. If they offer to work on your vehicle I suggest you do not let them perform any. Very bad experience with them.
